I moved around in Kiordre's arms asleep. I knew I had to get up but I was so tired from all the traveling, working, and preparing for the big day. Today is Draft Day and because of the party that we were having Kiordre decided against going to the draft ceremony. He said he wanted to experience the big moment with his family and friends here in the city.

We would likely have to move away soon and he already made the decision against coming back. Kiordre rubbed my flat stomach as I leaned against his chest. I knew he was still sleep because I could hear the light snores in my ear. We have to get up eventually because I have to let the decorators in to decorate the house.

I heard my phone ringing but I didn't want to open my eyes. I grabbed my phone and put it up to my ear. "Hey, we here to set up decorations for the party but this lady not tryna let us in the house." She said causing me to roll my eyes.

Kiordre mother was staying with us because he said he was tired of having to go over there all the time. He wanted her to stay here until her mental was right but the shit was hard for me to get used too. She was always talking shit, being annoying, and in my damn business. I wanted her to go home but I didn't wanna make things bad between Kiordre and I.

"Here I come." I said hanging the phone up. I attempted to get up from the bed but Kiordre pulled me closer to his chest. I didn't wanna wake him because I knew he hadn't been sleeping much. He was nervous about the draft and it was effecting his sleep schedule which made it effect mine.

"Where you going?" He said as I moved around.

"I have to let the decorators in." I said pushing through his arms. I left the room and quickly made it downstairs to see Kiana standing at the door with her arms folded. I saw Kioree sitting on the couch drinking her bottle with her foot in her hand.

"Kiana, go check on Kioree." I said catching her attention. She turned around and mugged me before walking off to the living room. I opened the door further and waved the decorators in.

I didn't have the energy to fuss with her. That's how most of our interactions had been since she's been here. Kiordre said that he would be sending her back to the facility after everything gets squared away with his draft but I don't think he's understanding her condition. She needs to go back.

She doesn't have any stability here with us and it's making her more manic. She's always angry. She can't stand me and she's not on her medication. I'm very nervous about how her behavior is going to be tonight because she wants Kiordre to go to the Knicks and I don't think the team is going to draft him.

I believe that he's going to end up with either the Celtics or the Timberwolves. I know she doesn't want him to go to either teams so I knew she would be pissed about it. I just hoped that she didn't show her ass on live television and embarrass us.

"I don't know why you got all these people in here. You better not be trying to hurt my son. Tonight is big for him." She said pointing her finger in my face. It was hard to remember that she was mentally ill when she was all in my face like this. I deeply wanted to wax this bitch for all the shit she been talking but I knew I would feel guilty about it.

I pushed her hand down and grabbed her hand. "Just chill. They are here to decorate for the draft. That's it."

"Bitch don't push me!" She yelled, I groaned.
