Malika woke up the next morning with a spring in her step. She couldn't wait to see Adam again and continue their conversation from the day before.

Immediately she parked her car at the school garage, she didn't wait for Halima. Even though they're in different faculty is always there tradition to enter the school together before parting ways.

She walked, glancing everywhere but no traces of him. Malika has always been a quiet observer, preferring to blend into the background of the school rather than draw attention to herself. But today, as she was walking through the school halls, she witnessed something that made her blood boils.

She saw him, looking very handsome in a black hoody surrounded by a group of students or some sort of friends. They were taunting and bullying a group of freshers, pushing them around and snatching their backpacks.

Malika couldn't believe what she was seeing. She remember what Halima told her, but she had never witnessed it firsthand. Her heart went out to the younger students, who looked scared and helpless.

Without thinking, Malika marched over to the group and stood between them and the younger students. "Leave them alone," she said firmly.

Adam turned to her, he was first surprised before he smirked. "What's it to you?" he asked.

"It's not right to bully anyone," Malika said, her voice shaking slightly.

Adam's friends laughed at her, then his expression turned serious. "You don't know what you're getting into," he warned.

Malika didn't back down. "I know that what you're doing is wrong," she said. "And I won't stand by and watch it happen."

Adam stepped closer to her, his eyes darkening. "You think you're tough, huh?" he said. "Let's see how tough you really are."

Before Malika could react, Adam grabbed her by the arm and pulled her towards him. She could feel his hot breath on her face, and she knew that she was in trouble.

Was he the same person she meet last week? Malika asked no one but herself.

But then, something unexpected happened. One of the younger students stepped forward and punched Adam in the face. Adam stumbled back, surprised, and his friends rushed to his side.

Malika couldn't believe what she was seeing. The younger student had stood up for her, even though he was smaller and weaker than Adam. She felt a surge of admiration for him, and she knew that she needed to do something to help.

She turned to the younger student and put a hand on his shoulder. "Thank you," she said softly. "You're very brave."

The younger student smiled at her, and Malika felt a sense of pride. She had stood up for what was right, and she had helped someone in need. She knew that it wasn't the end of her troubles with Adam, but she felt stronger and more determined than ever before. She doesn't even know why the school security didn't get involved. Its kind of weird.

Malika looked up and saw him smirking. A small bruise has started showing on his handsome face. One of his friends Amir move towards her but he was stopped by a single word.

"Don't."

Adam said and Amir halt. They gave her a hard glare before going in the other direction. Adam smirked at her and she didn't miss the danger meaning behind it before following suit.

What did I just do?

Halima

Halima was driving to school when she remember that she have been wanting to stop at the mall. She parked her car at the mall. She was thinking of calling Malika when her phone started ringing and her classmate Moon came visible. She picked the call.

"What's up Moon?"

"You won't believe what just happened!" She squealed. Halima has to move her ears.

"Speek, I don't have all day."

"I've been hearing rumors that Malika got involved in a fight at school," Moon said.

Halima's heart skipped a beat. "What kind of fight?" she asked.

"Apparently, Adam was bullying some freshers and she stood up to them. But then things got heated," Moon continue. "Adam grabbed her and threatened her. And then one of the younger students punched him in the face and ran away."

Halima felt a surge of pride for her sister. She had always known that Malika had a strong sense of justice, but she never expected her to get involved in something like this.

But she also knew that Adam is dangerous. She couldn't imagine what had happened after the fight.

"I need to talk to Malika," Halima said, feeling a sense of urgency. "Do you know where she is?"

"Calm down, she's not a baby."

Halima roll her eyes and ended the call. She will just raincheck and come back later.

The moment Halima reverse her car, it was the moment she knows her calculation was wrong. She was jerked by a force for hitting the sport car.

She quickly came out and saw the mess she has done. The person that owned the car most be inside the mall. She looked at the expensive car and saw how she crashed his front light.

Ohhh shit!

"What the hell!!"

Halima jump turning to the voice. His clad in a suit and the mall staffs following him with huge bags.

"What the hell did you do to my car?!" He shout again.

Halima stood her grounds and glance at the car before looking at him. "It was a mistake, I will pay for everything. Give me your bank account." She said typing away in her phone.

The Man's mouth was agape at her calmness.

Halima knows that today is going to be a long day..
