Malika parked her car in the Othmane Ana's Mansion, her mind still reeling from her encounter with Adam. She couldn't believe how cruel he had been to her, and she didn't know how to deal with the conflicting feelings she had for him.

As she walked into her room, she saw Halima sitting on her bed, reading a book. From the look of it, she has been waiting for her to come back.

"Hey," Halima said, looking up at Malika. "How was your day?"

Malika let out a sigh and collapsed onto her own bed. "It was terrible," she said. "You must heard about what happened."

Halima put down her book and sat next to her. "Malika" she said. "You did well for standing to those student."

Malika nodded, feeling grateful for Halima's support. "I just don't know what to do," she said. "I don't want to let him get away with treating people like that, but I don't know how to stand up to him."

Halima put a hand on Malika's shoulder. "You don't have to do it." she said." Just stay away from him...please."

Malika was silent for a while before she slowly nodded.

"Okay, thank you sis."

Halima pull her into a hug, and Malika felt a sense of comfort wash over her. She knew that no matter what happened with Adam, she had a sister who would always be there for her.

Malika woke up to the sound of her triplet siblings giggling in their room next door. She smiled to herself, knowing that they were up to something mischievous. She got out of bed and walked over to their room, peeking in through the crack in the door.

Sure enough, her siblings were all huddled together, whispering and giggling. Malika couldn't help but laugh at their antics. She pushed the door open and walked in, grinning from ear to ear.

"Hey guys, what are you up to?" she asked.

Her younger siblings looked up at her with guilty expressions on their faces. Malika raised an eyebrow, waiting for them to spill the beans.

"We were just playing a game," Awab said, trying to sound innocent.

Malika rolled her eyes. "What kind of game?"

"It's a secret," Ayyoub said this time grinning mischievously.

Malika sighed. She knew she wasn't going to get anything out of them. Instead, she decided to join in on their fun. They spent the morning playing games and making each other laugh. It was a usual moment of joy in their life's.

She later went back to her room and open her gigantic glass window to her balcony, her phone in hand as she scrolled through her social media accounts. She had been feeling restless all day, unable to shake off the unease that had settled in her chest. She needed a distraction, something to take her mind off of her worries.

That's when she saw his picture posted in there school group. It is a photo of him taken in a front mirror inside a gym, and Malika couldn't resist clicking on it. He look so handsome showing off his abs.

Ya Salam. Malika utter feeling her heart races.

She clicked at his username and scrolled through his profile, she felt a rush of excitement. Adam was everything she had ever wanted in a guy - tall, handsome and....dangerous.

Malika had known Adam for a week now, but she doesn't know why he had occupied all her thoughts. They are so different, forever different. She will just have to be admiring him from afar.

As she clicked through all his photos, Malika couldn't help but feel a twinge of jealousy. So many comments of girls and as she go further through his pictures, she could see his life in America with some sort of..family and friends. Malika could see his bright smile that glows more than ever.

Why did he move back here? Or is his parents also here? Malika asked no one but herself.

He seemed to have it all - a rich and loving family, and a group of friends who adored him. Malika couldn't help but wonder what it would be like to be a part of his world.

She continued scrolling through his profile, her heart racing as she came across a photo of him with another girl. Malika felt a pang of jealousy, but she quickly pushed it aside. She knew that she had no right to feel possessive over Adam - after all, they are....just enemies.

Enemies?

Whatever!! As she continued to stalk his account, Malika began to feel a sense of comfort. For a few moments, she was able to forget about what happened between them.

But as the day wore on, Malika began to feel a sense of sadness. She realized that she would never be a part of Adam's world - not really. They were too different, too far apart. It was a sobering thought, but one that she knew she had to accept.

With a heavy heart, Malika closed her phone and crawled into bed. She knew that she had to face her own problems head-on, she has to push him away from her mind and focus on her life.

As she lay in bed, Malika couldn't help but think about Adam. She wondered what it would be like to talk to him, to get to know him better. But she knew that it was just a fantasy - something that would never happen in real life.

The next day at school, Malika couldn't help but feel nervous as she walked down the hallways. She knew that Adam would be there, and she didn't want to make a fool of herself in front of him.

As she turned a corner, he wasn't there and she was so thankful to that. She doesn't even know why all law students lockers is closed to her class.

Life is really playing a joke on her.
