His two teachers were far from discreet when presenting their care towards each other. Whether it was by one of them joining the lesson and teasing the teacher or chatting at break time. Bakugo knew that two particular teachers had feelings towards each other and he felt like being cupid today so he went on a journey to find Present Mic. An easy job as he could hear yelling nearby and could tell it was from said teacher.
"What do you mean we ran out of--! Listener, I need your help."
Bakugo regretted whatever shit he got himself into. "What is it?"
"I need some more coffee! Shouto drank it all, so how will I manage?"
"I'm not surprised he has, is there any around?"
"Yes! There are beans in Aizawa's dorm! You have the key, right?"
"He won't be happy if he knows you stole some." Bakugo menacingly smiled.
"You-- you must not tell him!" He flapped his arms around like the parrot he is.
Bakugo started walking to the lift. "You'll owe me one, then."
And he can use that to figure out if Mic has similar feelings for sensei, it was clever. He grabbed a few spoonfuls-- nevermind, he took the whole jar and returned.
"You're a life saver, little listener!" Present Mic clapped loudly.
"Now, you owe me shit."
"Literally or metaphorically, because I--."
"METAPHORICALLY!" Bakugo stomped with a red face.
"Well good, how can I help?"
"I'm curious if you like a certain black-haired teacher that sleeps 24/7?"
Out of everything, he wasn't prepared and now his cheeks were bright red. Stumbling over his response, Bakugo knew exactly what he needed.
"Don't worry loud teach, secret is safe with me." Bakugo cackled and left before Present Mic could pull him back.
He knows that they both have feelings but neither is making a move so his next step is to scheme a way to get them to talk, minus him being there because that would be cringe.
A loud set of squeals led to Bakugo covering his ears and wincing. "Raccoon eyes!" He hissed.
Mina kept squealing, unable to calm herself. "They're soooooooo cute!"
"Whatever, I need help. Enough violating my ears."
They both sat on Mina's bed, neither had a lesson last so he used the chance to meet with her. She was ready to help, clipboard and pen on lap.
"I always knew they had a special connection! So, let's see... a picnic, or maybe something fancy. What are you specifically looking for?"
"Well, they need a place where it's pleasant and shit so they can talk."
She hummed as her finger trailed down the list of activities. "A walk?"
"I doubt they would agree to leave the school grounds on short notice." Bakugo replied.
"What about... Aizawa's dorm? You can stay with me in the meantime."
He considered it but shook his head. "Nah, they've hung out there before it has to be significant so they don't ignore the romance, y'know?"
"This is hard." She scratches her chin, "what about writing letters to each other?"
"No, we aren't doing fake letters."
"Awe, but Blasty!"
"Piss off, I'll figure it out on my own." Bakugo left with no luck. There wasn't a time limit when it had to be done so maybe he could let it happen without his involvement. That was until he remembered a special place and a light bulb lit up above his head. Now, that would be perfect.
Aizawa knocked on Bakugo's room and opened it to check. It was empty and he panicked, turning to leave but saw a paper that stuck to the back of the wall.
"GO TO THE ROOF, URGENT."
It may have been a little bit wrong to lie but he wanted to make sure Aizawa went. The teacher sprint up the stairs and slammed the roof door open. He searched around for danger but only saw a blonde man ahead of him. Walking over, he asked. "What's going on?"
"I don't know, I got a note telling me to come here."
Aizawa realised what this was about, that sneaky student. He was getting a talk to when he came back.
"Don't worry, Bakugo was tricking us."
"Why would he trick us?" Mic wondered. "Oh." His cheeks went red.
Aizawa looked above to see the orange painted sky, the sun was leaving for the night. It's service was ending and it was a gorgeous sight.
The loud blonde slowly moved his hand over and Aizawa took it. Both of them watched the sun fall.
"It's beautiful tonight."
"It is." Aizawa agreed.
Bakugo couldn't hear what was happening and decided to check on if they both actually went to the roof. He peeked past the door and saw the two of them kissing under the orange glow. The wholesome sight made Bakugo smile as he went back to the dorm, finally those two teacher nerds confessed to each other about how they felt and he was happy for them, they'd make a sweet couple.

A few days had passed and although it wasn't explicitly said, he knew that the two were together. The class soon had a general knowledge of it and shared in excitement, whilst giving Aizawa room to breathe. He was with his friends as they connected Kirishima's Nintendo switch to the TV in the common room so they could all play together. Bakugo wasn't winning and it frustrated him so his friends took the opportunity to tease.
They then had some snacks and fizzy drinks as they binge watched the weirdest YouTube videos they could find. Bakugo soon had enough of Angry Grandpa screaming to Michael about something to do with Tina returning and left. Denki decided to follow him, with an attempt to bring the explosive boy back. He grabbed Bakugo by the arm.
