"nini come on,hurry up! we're gonna be late" kourtney rushed the girl as nini put the finishing touches on her makeup
"i'm going as fast as i can !" nini responded, picking up her pace the slightest bit "besides would it be the end of the world if we were late? i mean it's just orientation"
"yes it actually would. everybody knows that the first girls there always get first dibs on the good guys. by the time we get there all that's gonna be left are the dorks and the scrubs" kourtney whined "so can you please hurry up?"
nini sprayed the setting spray all over her face before heading towards kourtney "okay whiney pants let's go" nini giggled grabbing ahold of kourtneys arms as they headed out the door.
nini took in the campus in awe, never truly having the time to since she got there because it seemed like she was always in a rush.
she actually did it. she made it to college.
"oouu here's the perfect spot! we can see over everything!" kourtney dragged nini along, setting her picnic blanket on the lawn
"you mean we can see all the boys?"
"that too" kourtney beamed, sitting down on the blanket.
people continued to flood in, and before the girls knew it, the dean was beginning the orientation.
this was the part that the girls weren't looking forward to. it was just hours and hours of talking about things they didn't care about.
"hey" a figure dropped down to the girl's level startling them. "sorry i didn't mean to scare you" he laughed lightly.
nini ignored the boy's existence, but kourtney gave him her attention.
"it's fine, i'm kourtney" she introduced
"i'm ricky" he flashed a smile "i came over here because i wanted to talk to your friend over there"
"i'm not interested, thanks" nini smiled before turning her attention back to the orientation.
"well it wasn't exactly for me. you see my friend over there thinks you're cute but he was too shy to come over himself"
"and he thought you were the best representative" nini laughed "tell him i'm not interested in him either"
ricky nodded before heading back over to his friend group, and kourtney snapped her neck in the girl's direction.
