Cosplayer Atsumu usually crossdresses and gains the attention from everyone seeing him. He's a head turner kind of guy with a pleasantly appealing personality.
Manga artist Kiyoomi Sakusa was one of Atsumu's fans. Kiyoomi usually took pictures of the cosplayer and drew the guy assuming that the latter was a girl.
They talked to each other personally one time during a major anime and manga convention in Tokyo. The only thing is, Atsumu attends as a fan and doesn't wear any costumes since he was just there to support his brother who joined the cosplay competition for the first time.
"Woah. This is amazing!" Atsumu commented as he stared at a drawn panel of a manga.
"Did ya draw this?"Kiyoomi looked at the blonde, frowning, before he nodded.
"Ya are extremely talented. Do you work with any manga companies-- I mean, ya should really!"
"No. I'm not in that level yet, besides I was rejected once and I--"
"Reject ya?! They don't know what they're missin'! With yer talent, you'll definitely gain fans... Anyways, ya already have one!" The blonde excitedly exclaimed, now smiling at Sakusa.
"A fan? Who could that be--"
"ME! Yer work is awesome... Don't let them ruin yer passion just becasue they set their standards too high! Ye'r better than the qualifications they might be lookin' for."
"Uhh.. Thanks."
"By the way, are ya selling them? Your artworks I mean." Atsumu inquired as he started flipping some manga displayed on the tables between him and Sakusa.
"No. They are just for fun and display purposes."
"Are ya not displayin' them so manga companies could discover ya?"
"That's-- yeah, I guess."
"Ye'r too timid and quiet. I'm Atsumu by the way and ya are--"
"Kiyoomi Sakusa."
"Beautiful name, Omi." the cosplayer complimented with amazement on his tone and facial expression.
"Anyways, are ya accepting commissions? I mean I like to ask ya to draw me--" Atsumu continued.
"No. I only draw anime and manga characters--" Kiyoomi instantly declined, thinking that it would be just a waste of his time.
"Ya could draw me as I cosplay one of my new costumes!" the blonde insisted as he smiled bigger at the artist
"I... Uhh... That wouldn't do--"
"I'll pay ya!"
"I'm sorry... N-"
"I'll pay a thousand dollars for a piece of art from ya!" Atsumu proudly said.
Days are rough and Kiyoomi oftentimes works as a waiter to support all his needs and art supplies, and a thousand dollars is a lot of money. He thought about it before he sighed and finally nodded.
"Fine. I'll do it.""GREAT! I'll get yer number and we could just contact each other 'bout our availability."
~
"Hello." Atsumu greeted as he bowed his head.Kiyoomi, confused, just bowed his head as well. This is his crush. Atsumi
"Ummm... I'm looking for... ahh... Atsumu Miya-- Wait..." Sakusa began realizing the close resemblance of the blonde's name and Atsumi's.
"Are you siblings or something?"Atsumi chuckled loudly.
"No, silly. It's me, Omi.""O...mi?! You called me Omi... Wait..."
"I'm Atsumu. Hi again."
Sakusa was stunned and shocked that his mouth was agape for a moment and stared closely.
"Then... it means... you're a boy!?"
"I am. Does that matter?"
"N... No... Not at all.." Kiyoomi responded quickly holding his canvas tightly in his hand.
"Do ya mind if I'm a crossdresser?"
Kiyoomi shooked his head.
"No."They both smiled, finding a home and comfort at each other.
They started dating after 3 months. Kiyoomi supported Atsumu with all he got. He started working as a manga artist at Atsumi Shonen Manga Corporation as he was recommended by the owner himself, Atsumu Miya.
Crossdresser Atsumu and Manga Artist Kiyoomi became famous on their own fields, and find each other to support their passion.
