Chapter 22

Friday, 2:30 pm

In the bunker

Krissy's POV

I'm in my room, trying to make plans for this weekend. Claire and I wanna go to one of our friend's party. It's my friend, Amber's, party. She's graduating soon, so she's throwing a graduation party. There's gonna be alcohol, weed, food, lots of college kids. It's gonna be fucking amazing. But the problem is that the party is out of state. Sam and Dean aren't gonna let us go out of state for a party. We'd sneak out, but we'd definitely get caught. The party's in Louisiana, which would be a 13 hour drive. We could make it there without being caught, if we left tonight, after the guys are asleep. But we'd have to have a plan for tomorrow, when we're not here. Jay already said that he'd cover for us, since we covered for him, a few nights ago. He doesn't wanna go to the party, so him covering for us could actually be a good idea. But him covering for us isn't gonna be enough. We need a good lie.

Claire: So I think I figured it out. She says as she gets to my room.

Krissy: What?

Claire: We can just say that we're gonna be spending the weekend at a mutual friend's house. Like Zoe. We can say that we're spending the weekend at Zoe's house.

Krissy: But won't they be suspicious? They know that Zach lives with Zoe, and they're not gonna want us staying in the same house as him.

Claire: We can say that he won't be home. We'll say that he's at one of his friend's houses.

Krissy: But Zach doesn't have any friends. And Sam and Dean know that.

Claire: Oh... Well, what about Rae?

Krissy: That might work. We can say that we're gonna be spending the weekend at Rae's house, for her birthday.

Even though her birthday isn't for another 6 months. But the guys don't know that.

Claire: We'll tell they guys that we'll be home, Sunday afternoon. They won't bother us, because they'll think that we're at a friend's house.

Krissy: If they call to check in, we'll just have to go somewhere quiet. This might actually work.

Claire: We'll ask Sam, first, so that we get a yes. Since Dean's got that weird going about not asking after being told no. So we get a yes from Sam, and then we'll ask Dean. We'll take my car, and we should be at Amber's place by 3:30 am, tomorrow.

That actually works, because the party doesn't start until 4. We'll get there by 3:30, and be able to party by 4. What kind of party starts at 4 in the morning, you ask? The awesome ones. Duh.

Krissy: Ok. So who's asking? Who's he more likely to say yes to?

Claire: Probably you, since you've been here for the shortest amount of time. He's more likely to believe that you genuinely just wanna go to a sleepover.

Krissy: Ok. I'll be right back.

I leave my room, having no idea where Sam even is. He's probably in his room. I go to his room, and find him reading a book. What a fucking nerd. Wasting his Friday afternoon reading. Anyways, now I have to think of what I'm supposed to say. Why didn't we go over that part? That seems like an important part of the plan. And we didn't even think to go over that. Before I can go back to my room, Sam looks up from his book and sees me. Great. Now I have to say something.
