Catherine and Jackie ask Jason if he would want to drive with them to see the properties instead of taking two separate cars and Jason agrees. The three of them get into Jackie's car, Jason takes the front seat and the Ladies sit in the back. Jason hands Jackie's driver the addresses for the properties they are about to see.
DRIVER Alright here we are, the first house on the list
JASON This is 27400 Pacific Coast Hwy #102, Malibu, CA 90265. I know it is a bit over budget, but it offers privacy and an amazing view. It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. A bit under 1700 sq ft but perfect for the two of you. And Jackie... the best part is that you will be close to the airport in case you two need to make flights regularly.
Jackie and Catherine follow Jason and step out of the car.
CATHERINE Wow Jason! This is beautiful!
Catherine turns to Jackie with the biggest smile on her face. "If this is how the first property looks, I can't wait to see the rest"
JACKIE I know babe... who knows maybeee we will make this a permanent home?
Catherine's eyes widen as she hears what Jackie just said. Not because she wouldn't like having a permanent home with her, but because she never thought it would be California. Dee down Catherine still had hopes o returning back home to Bloomington.
CATHERINE Okayyy let's not get ahead of ourselves J. We got two more houses to see.
That was not the response Jackie was looking for but she didn't dwell on it long. This now being here with her was more important than where they would live in a few months.
CATHERINE (excitedly) Wow, Jackie, can you imagine waking up to this view every morning?
Jackie smiles, her gaze fixed on the picturesque scene.
JACKIE (whispering) It's incredible, Catherine.
Jason steps forward, gesturing for them to enter the house.
JASON (leading the way) Shall we take a tour? I'm sure you'll fall in love with the interior as well.
They step inside, exploring the spacious rooms, each one more impressive than the last. The house is tastefully decorated with a modern touch.
Catherine and Jackie exchange excited whispers as they envision their future in this beautiful space.
CATHERINE (whispering) Imagine hosting friends and family here, Jackie. It's the perfect place to create memories.
JACKIE (grinning) Absolutely. And with a private yard, we can have our own little oasis to relax and unwind.
They complete the tour, their hearts filled with excitement. Catherine turns to Jason...
