Scene 31
Catherine is back at school trying to tech her class while there are rumors going around about her having an affair with a student. Students are being rude and disrespect full. Catherine is trying her best to control herself and not break down and cry.
Catherine: (nervous and on the verge of crying) Today, uh, we're going to go over the basics of anxiety disorders.
One... Generalized anxiety...
(someone throws paper at her) Panic disorders... Four... Obsessive compulsive disorder, better known as O.C.D. (she turns around and one guys naps a picture and leaves the room)
There are two main approaches... to understanding them:
the learning... and the biological.
If you will open your books to page 562 you will see an overview of both of these.
Catherine's life is just a mess at this point. She has lost the love of her life probably for forever, and her professional life is not looking good either.

Jackie has gotten her own place, and she is packing her belongings from her parents house.
Jackie: (to her mother) Come in.
(Jackie is sitting on the floor packing her stuff)
Mom: I think these work better.
Jackie: Thanks.
Mom: Are you sure a one-bedroom will be enough?
With the money you're making, I'm sure you could've gotten something bigger. Do you want me to set up the utilities for you while you're gone?
Jackie: No, I'll take care of it.
Mom: Do you know how to do that?
Jackie: I think I can probably figure it out.
Mom: You know, if something happens you're always welcome to move back here again...if you want to.
Jackie: You've said that.
Mom: I meant it.
Jackie: I'm not gonna need it.
Mom: You don't have to feel threatened about it. I was just offering you something. I think the word 'threatened' actually applies to you more than it does to me, really.
Jackie: I gotta finish packing up before I leave tomorrow, so...
Mom: You know, It'll be hard getting used to not having you around here again.
Jackie: Same here.
Mom: We'll make do.
