Jackie gives up on trying to get hold of Catherine knowing full well that she is stubborn and if Catherine doesn't want to talk to her right now there is no way to get hold of her. Jackie goes down to the hotel bar and orders herself a drink to calm her mind down before she can try and get some rest.

The hotel bar is dimly lit, with soft music playing in the background. Jackie sits alone at the counter, her mind still racing with thoughts about Catherine and the events that unfolded. She signals the bartender and places an order.

JACKIE Can I get an Amaretto Sour, please?

The bartender nods and starts preparing the drink as Jackie leans against the counter, lost in her own contemplation. The bartender places the drink in front of her, offering a sympathetic smile.

BARTENDER Here you go. Take your time, but I must let you know that we'll be closing in ten minutes.

Jackie nods, grateful for the bartender's understanding. She takes a sip of her drink, allowing the bittersweet flavor to momentarily distract her from her swirling emotions. She contemplates the idea of asking for a few days off and going to see Catherine in Bloomington earlier than planned.

JACKIE (whispering to herself) Maybe I should go to Bloomington now... Maybe being there with Catherine is what she needs.

Jackie takes another sip, the warmth of the drink easing her tense muscles. She realizes that three days can indeed make a significant difference when it comes to matters of the heart.

With a sense of determination, Jackie finishes her drink, knowing that it's time to take action. She pays her tab, thanks the bartender, and heads back to her room to pack her bags. The decision has been made. Jackie decides to call Wade and let him know that she will be taking the next three days off and asks him to let the studio know.

Jackie sits on the edge of her bed, her phone pressed against her ear as she speaks to Wade, her manager, about her urgent request. The room is dimly lit, casting a shadow across her face.

JACKIE (softly, with concern) Wade, I need a favor. I'm going to need the next three days off. Something unexpected happened.

WADE (surprised) Jackie, it's late. Is everything okay? What happened?

Jackie takes a deep breath, gathering her thoughts before explaining the situation to Wade.

JACKIE (calmly) Ethan had an accident, and he's going into surgery. Catherine had to fly back to Bloomington, and... things got a little complicated here, Wade.

WADE (concerned) Oh, no. I hope Ethan will be alright. And what happened with Catherine?

Jackie hesitates, choosing her words carefully.

JACKIE There was a misunderstanding. Tommy ended up in my room, and Catherine heard him on the phone. She's upset and won't answer my calls. I need to go to Bloomington and clear things up with her.

WADE (supportive) I understand, Jackie. Family comes first. Take the time you need. I'll let the studio know about your absence, but I'll keep the reason confidential.

Jackie's tension begins to ease as she feels supported by Wade's understanding.

JACKIE (appreciative) Thank you, Wade. I really appreciate your support. And please, don't let Tommy know I've gone to Bloomington early. It's better this way.

WADE Don't worry, Jackie. I'll handle it. Focus on resolving things with Catherine and take care of yourself. Let me know if you need anything else.
