"You've finally come to see me, grandson," All For One smiled at him; Y/N glared back. He was disgusted by the use of the word 'grandson', acting as if they were truly related. He refused to believe it. "You refuse to believe it? Even now?"

There were three people. All For One sat on a chair, heavily restrained by a number of bonds, medical supplies around him to keep him alive. Y/N sat on his own seat, opposite of All For One, separated by a thick glass casing that wouldn't be broken so easily. Next to him was the skinny, or rather true, form of All Might, his hands on his knees, serving as an 'emotional support' to Y/N.

"What do you want from me?" asked Y/N bitterly, making eye contact with the outline of his eyes, concealed with the rest of his face with scar tissue. All Might placed a hand on his wrist, attempting to comfort him. "What was so important that you needed to speak to me personally?"

"You're aware that this very conversation is being monitored, yet you speak so freely," All For One chuckled, and Y/N rolled his eyes at this. "Don't you think that you should be acting in a more polite manner around your old, old grandfather?"

"I'm just awaiting the day I see you as my grandfather," Y/N replied coldly. "You're changing the subject, and that's not helping me resist the temptation to leave."

"How... touching," All For One smiled once more. "I'm truly touched that you cared enough to gift me your presence. Though," he turned his head to look at All Might, "your presence isn't accepted."

"I'm not here for you, I'm here for Young L/N," All Might stated.

"And yet you called him by his first name when you were informing him of my request," All For One reminded him; All Might looked a bit taken aback. "Quite interesting, wouldn't you agree, Y/N?"

"No matter what you say, I'm still going to ask— No, I'm going to tell you to change the subject," Y/N said firmly, getting annoyed. "This is starting to feel like a waste of time to me."

"Ah, but you still have lots of free time today, don't you?" All For One smiled. "You don't get to participate in the exam... That's unfair, isn't it? I wonder why your beloved principal decided to do such a thing."

"The choices of U.A.'s principal is not for you to question," All Might responded promptly. "Like I do, Y/N trusts in his decision, and we won't be judging it anytime soon."

"And you're sure about that?" All For One asked, staring at Y/N. "Have you bothered to ask him about how he feels about it? Have you bothered to ask him about how he feels about the things happening in his life?"

"Shut it," Y/N spoke up; All Might gave him a worried look, nevertheless. "We're not here to talk about that... or are we?" He looked at All For One curiously, a bit eager to see what he wanted. "Are we?"

"Now, now, Y/N," said All For One calmly. "We have a lot of time to talk, so why don't we catch up?"

"You already know what's been going on in my life," Y/N glared at him.

"Quite true, yet I still seek answers," All For One replied. "For example..." and he looked at All Might, "...what's with that costume that looks like you don't know when to give up?" He chuckled at the sight of All Might wearing his hero costume. "Don't tell me you're still working as a hero?"

All Might opened his mouth to speak, but Y/N raised a hand to signify to All Might to stay quiet and said, "Is this really why we're here? To give you a decent conversation? Been bored ever since you got imprisoned here?"

"Ah, well, it won't be long until I can be free," All For One said. "I'll admit that it will be difficult; I am imprisoned deep underground, covered by layers of security, with the thorough removal of anything irregular."
