"I found him snooping around the lower levels, sir," said Aurora, pushing a tied up man to the ground with her foot.

The man's skin was a pale grey colour that matched his eyes. His face looked thin and lifeless, almost as if all of the emotion inside of him was sapped out. The strands of hair on his head were extremely thin and stuck up inconsistently. The man's body contrasted his face as it was wide and thick.

"Leave," the creature said at once to Aurora; she obeyed instantly and hastily left the throne room to give the two some privacy. He sighed and said, "You've certainly seen better days, Vocare."

"You... remember me...?" Vocare said in a disbelieving and hoarse voice. "How...?"

"I remember a lot of things," he replied in a calm voice. "I remember the reign of the Symbol of Evil in his prime, for example. That was a good while ago, was it not?" He chuckled as he reminisced of the 'old days', which was what he referred to them as. "But I was not expecting to reunite with you of all people, Vocare."

"I... could say the same..." Vocare uttered at a volume that was barely audible. "How... are you... alive?"

"The ways of someone who has gone through unimaginable numbers of pain shall not be revealed so easily," the creature answered ominously. "Tell me, Vocare. Do you remember my name, or has it been too long?"

"Your name... Your name... Your name..." he repeated over and over again, deep in concentration.

"I don't see a point in you answering," the creature sighed, resting his chin on his fist. "You obviously don't remember. It doesn't matter that much to me, though. How are you alive?"

"Pain..." he croaked.

"You aren't Vocare," the creature deduced with a smile. "Well, not the real one; he's dead now, isn't he? I think I can predict how he's cloned a perfect replica of himself to keep him alive for so long."

'Vocare' didn't say a word, but instead... A leg had suddenly erected from his chest, ripping through the restraints that blinded him. Then a second leg emerged before both fell out of Vocare's stomach and landed on the ground. The legs were an exact replica of the lower body of Vocare. Immediately, the legs began to undergo what could be described as a horrifying transformation, as the legs expanded into the rest of Vocare's body, except this version was significantly more muscular.

The Vocare it had emerged from suddenly exploded into a puddle of grey-ish blood as the creature smiled. "You can still do the old trick, hm?" The new Vocare nodded. "And you can do multiple at once?" Vocare nodded again. "Do your old friend a favour after we catch up.

Help me exterminate a pesky dog."

The opening starts with Midoriya's (hero costume on) hand on the ground as important flashbacks of prior events fill the screen, him appearing only as a silhouette. After Midoriya dashes off into the distance, the scene pans to a younger All Might receiving One For All from his deceased master, whose face is covered by a black shadow. It then transitions to a scene showing Midoriya, Y/N and All Might sitting on the bench, with each person having a bright smile on their face.
