"Oh. My. GOOOOOOOOOOOD!" Athos let out a large scream, and crouched down, slamming his fist repeatedly on the grass. "WHERE THE HELL AM I?!"
He looked at his surroundings with annoyance, clenching his teeth. Athos found himself in a large forest that was a long distance away from an actual city. Around him were trees, trees, trees, trees, trees, trees, trees, trees and, you'd never guess, more trees!
"I AM GOING TO KILL KUROGIRI!" he screamed. "WHY DID HE TELL ME TO GO HERE?!" His throat felt dry, and his stomach rumbled, reminding him just how long it took to get here. "I WANT TO TRAIN, NOT GO ON A LITTLE CAMPING TRIP! I WANT TO KILL Y/N, GODDAMN IT!" He punched a nearby tree in his anger, which unsurprisingly turned out to be a bad choice as his knuckles were now in pain.
A little bit later, Athos forced himself to traverse through the forest, continuously muttering, "Nature sucks. Nature sucks. Nature sucks. Nature sucks. NATURE SUCKS! THIS IS THE WORST!" Then, a small thread of hope was created, as Athos spotted a beautiful lake with fresh, diamond blue water. "THIS IS THE BEST!"
Almost instantly, he ran towards the lake and threw himself forward, drinking frantically from it. "Ah... Now that is some good water." There was the sound of bushes rustling, causing Athos to turn upon instinct. However, he couldn't see any signs of life. Had he imagined it? "Ooookay, I'm going to assume that was a small animal and not another human." He turned from the lake after his throat was no longer dry, and continued his journey through the forest.
Flashback...
"...So they'll be hiding in the forest, huh?" Athos asked, gazing at photos of said forest. "Interesting... Very interesting... And how do you know this?"
"We have connections," Kurogiri stated simply.
"Totally not vague at all," he replied, narrowing his eyes at Kurogiri. "Okay, so you showed me a large forest. Where in the forest specifically are they?"
"A cabin."
...
There was no cabin in sight. The only things he could see were trees, trees, trees, trees, trees, trees, trees, trees and, you'd never guess, more trees! Oh, and a lake. "I was told this was going to be easy!" He let out a loud groan, and then sighed, turning behind hi-
Athos paused. Of course, there were trees, trees, trees, trees, trees, trees, trees, trees and, you'd never guess, more trees, but... the tree he could see in front of him seemed odd. "Okay, I swear it wasn't as close as it was before. What the he-"
In that moment, he had turned behind him again... and, aside the trees, trees, trees, trees, trees, trees, trees, trees and, you'd never guess, more trees, there was a tree that was even closer than the tree behind him. "...Am I going mad? Have I finally gone crazy? Pft, na-"
That tree, which was behind him and aside the trees, trees, trees, trees, trees, trees, trees, trees and, you'd never guess, more trees, was far closer than it was before. "...Ah hell no! I'm getting out of here!" Athos ran to his left, trying to make as much distance he could from those trees. "This place is more cursed than my luck!" He didn't dare chance a glance, but recognised the feeling rising up quickly inside of him... fear. 'WHY AM I GETTING AFRAID OF TREES?' "Huh, that is a GREAT questio- OH, COME ON!"
He was now hanging upside down, a rope around one of his feet. The rope seemed to be tied to one of the branches of the trees, trees, trees, trees, trees, trees, trees, trees and, you'd never guess, more trees. Athos knew better than to try and break out, as he would hit his head. Still, what was he to do? 'No... the real question is if THEY set this classic trap up...'
