Your POV
Since I knew that Lauren is having her Science class before lunch time, I made my way there after the bell rang, indicating the break.
"Y/n!" I turned when I heard my name, only few steps from Lauren's class.
"Bea," I greeted to my teammate. "What's up?"
"Friendly game on Sunday," she puffed. "Against McArthur."
"What time?" I asked, hooking my thumb on my pocket as I let the other fingers hang loosely. "I don't think I'll get it till ten in the morning."
"Good, because game's on five in the afternoon," she replied as she smirks. "See you there?"
"Alright," I nodded, beaming at the power forward. "Keep me on the loop."
"No worries," she winked before leaving me, disappearing to the busy hallways.
I was turning around, surprised when someone jumped on me from behind and I reflexively held on to the person's thighs.
"Nice catch," the husky voice filled my ears as the pleasurable scent of sweet vanilla invaded my nose.
"Hello to you too, Lauren," I chuckled, her hand ruffling my hair playfully. "Ready for launch, Pilot Jauregui?"
"Yes," she giggled, burying her face on the crook of my neck as she entwined her own fingers in front of me.
I shivered lightly at her breath and ran to the doors to the cafeteria. I didn't care if everyone was watching us and continued on running while the green eyed girl laughed contagiously behind me. We're probably looking like kindergartens now.
We reached our usual spot and all eyes was on us. Dinah was the first one to react, of course, the one and only.
"What on earth are you doing?" She asked in disbelief.
"Being cute?" I teased, placing Lauren down gently to her chair. I already felt her weight off of me, but her legs were holding me closely. "Lauren, let go."
"No," she giggled in my ear, causing an eruption of butterflies in my stomach. "You can sit down now."
"Right here?" I tilted my head to look at her and she placed a kiss on my temple, my cheeks flushing instantly.
"Right here," she confirmed, grinning widely, her arms and legs still clinging on me.
"Lauren, it's uncomfy," I whined, wiggling away from her. "I want to eat."
"You can eat here," she giggled again, stealing another kiss on my cheeks. God, I'm falling. "Feed me too."
