Naturally I have no idea what he means...but more than that, that's not even a theory that anyone's proposed before. And that's mostly because we still know so little about what quirks really are in the first place I mean, we use the term "quirk" to begin with because even power or characteristics is so very particular to a single person," muttered/ said Izuku.

"So does that mean you have that quirk now," asked Draken.

"Yes I do but only after a lot of physical training first," said Deku.
