Above is Shanaya's dress for the day.
Shanaya's POV:The next day, I woke up happy. Even though it was mid October, the sun was surprisingly out that morning. It didn't look chilly at all so I decided to go over to my balcony that led to the view of the front of the house.
I stepped outside to strtch when my eye caught something red. I looked closely to see a red porsche parked in front of our house. It wasn't owned by any of us in our family. I looked closely to see a person leaning against the red beauty.
Brooklyn. He looked my way and as soon as his eyes fell on me, he waved. I looked at him confused but waved waved. I questioned him using my hands. But he didn't answer them, he just signalled for me to hurry up. I huffed and went back inside.
I brushed my teeth, had a quick shower and got out something to wear. I got out a cute winter dress. The top was white with netting on the sleeves. The skirt was a dark red colour, which ended mid thigh. I quickly put it on, and paired it with my matching dark red velvet heels and white jacket. I left my hair wet and curly and applied little make up. I then grabbed my bag and headed downstairs. I told our butler that I was leaving with Brooklyn and to tell which ever family member was in the house what I'd had said to him. I walked out of the front door, only to stop mid step.
There was a footpath made of red roses placed on the ground that led to the red porsche. I looked up at Brooklyn with a stunned face. He was grinning at me. I shook my head and stiffled my laughter and stepped onto the roses. I walked up to him as he watched me. I tried to control the blush that was threatening to take over my face.
As soon as I got to his car, Brooklyn opened the passenger door for me, like a gentleman. I slid inside, only after giving Brooklyn a smile. He was trying to woo me. He then jogged over to the other side of his car and slid in.
'I love this beauty.' I said, commenting on his car.
'Thank you, I like my face too!' He said.
'Brooks, I was talking about the car.' I stated, unamused.
'Shanaya, there's nothing wrong in complimenting my hottness. I know I'm irresistible.' he said.
'Brooklyn, you just ruined the amazing moment!' I cried.
'How did I ruin it?' he asked.
'By being such an arrogant jerk.' I said.
'Well... I'm just being me.'
'Yeah, I realised.' I said, sarcastically. 'Oh, can we stop at Starbucks, I didn't have breakfast because SOMEONE made me hurry up and make me miss breakfast.' I said. He smiled sheepishly.
'There goes your chance of wooing me.' I muttered. He chuckled.
'Don't worry baby doll, I have lots of chances of wooing you.' He said confidently.
'Yeah... good luck with that.' I said, sarcastically.
He diverted our route to school to stop at starbucks.
I ordered a Starbucks signature hot chocolate and a Mississippi Mud Muffin. Yeah I know, very chocolaty and fat. I really need to hit the gym. Brooklyn ordered a bluberry muffin.
We sat down at a table and I ate my extremely healthy breakfast. Note sarcasm. The whole time, Brooklyn was staring at me eating.
'What?' I asked him
'You have a lot whipped cream on your upper lip.' He said, dishing out his phone and snapping a picture of me before I could wipe off whipped cream. My face turned red.
