Shanaya's POV :
My surprise were waggling their tails excitedly at me. Eir tongues were dangling out of their mouths.
Puppies!! Not just one of them, but three of the most cutest puppies I had ever seen!
My face immediately softened as they bounded towards me.
The first one was a golden retriever. The second was a mix between a golden retriever and a husky. He was brown and cream. The last one was the white version of a golden retriever. Ey were all equally adorable and cute. I bent down to cuddle and scratch them under the chins. They loved it!'Sid! I fricking love you for this!' I said, picking the brown and cream one. The other two were circling round my feet, panting. I hugged Sid.
'Brooklyn is the one to thank. He came up wit the idea.'
I walked over to Brooklyn and hugged him, giving him a kiss on the cheek. I would've given him a proper kiss if Sid wasn't in the same room as us.
'Thank you!'
'No problem princess. I hope you liked them!'
'Are you kidding me? I love them! How did you know I love golden retrievers?'
'I did my research.' He said, shrugging his shoulders. I smiled.
'Well thank you. I love them.' I said, placing the brown one of the floor. I picked up the other two, one in each arm. Brooklyn picked up the brown one.
'What are you gonna name them?' Sid asked, stroking the white one in my arm.
'The golden one is gonna be called Biscuit. The brown one is Cookie and the white one is Cake.' I confirmed.
'Seriously, food?' Sid said.
'Yep.' I said popping the 'p'.
'Okay. They're called Biscuit, Cookie and Cake.' Brooklyn said, smiling. I loved them.
'But, there are rules. I had to ask mum and dad about them and they wanted them in place. They're not allowed on e furniture, including your bed and the sofas.'
'That's fine. As long as their allowed in my room, I'm fine.' I said, stroking Biscuit.
'That's fine. As long as they don't go on your bed and couch in your room.'
'Cool. That's fine.'
'And you have full responsibility on how they are fed and their walking. And also their baths.'
'Don't worry Sid. I'll take care of them.'
'Good. They should fill in my space as well as mum and dad's whilst we're gone. And of course, keep you company.'
'Sid! Why'd you have to remind me?'
'Because I'm going in two days time!' Sid said. I gave him a sad smile.
'Now go take them on a walk.' Sid commanded. I nodded my head. Putting down Biscuit and Cake. I got their leads and pulled them outside. Brooklyn came alog as well.
We walked along with the three dogs, down the street to the local park. We played catch with them, talking and laughing at each other's jokes and at the puppies. They were just sooo cute!
Soon, I had to go home to do my homework for the next day. Brooklyn dropped me off.
'Bye Brookie Bear!'
'Bye princess. And say bye to Sid and the pups.'
'Sure.'
He left. I ran up to my room, the three at my feet. I let them in and they ran round the room, sniffing at my stuff. I smiled as I went to my wardrobe to change into something comfy and warm. The weather was getting colder because it was now November. I pulled on my cow onsesie. I sat down at my desk and did my homework whilst the pups had a nap in their baskets in my room.
Once I had finished, I had a mini party with them. They jumped and hopped about, excitement glistening in their brown eyes. Sid had come to check up on me due to the loud music.
'Shanaya, what the hell are you doing?' My brother asked
I smiled sheepishly, 'Having a party with my babies.' My brother shook his head at my childishness.
'You'll never grow up will you?'
'Says you! And no, I will not.' I shouted over the music.
Sid soon left my room, fortunately, leaving me to party with the three most amazing furry balls inthe world.
After about another hour of dancing like lunatics, I had my dinner and gave them theirs.
We went back up to my room to read and cuddle. To hell with the rule of them not on my bed. They just won't sleep in my bed. Otherwise, they're allowed.
I didn't get very far in reading when my phone went off. I grabbed it and a answered the call.
'Shanaya, we're skyping the gang. Wanna join?'
'Sure. When?'
'Now.'
'K. See you on Skype.' I hung up and turned on my laptop and opened up skype.
'Hey guys!'
'Hey Shanaya!' All of the girls cheered. Sophia, Alaska and Sydney were also skyping me, along with Katie, Alice and Jess.
'Guya, I would like to introduce you to three amazing fur balls.' I pushed Biscuit, Cookie and Cake in front of the camera for the girls to see.
'Awwww... they're soo cute!' They all chimed at the same time.
'What are they called?' Alice asked.
'Biscuit, Cookie and Cake.' I said, pointing at each one. They barked at the sound of their names. The girls giggled.
'Of course they had to be named after food.' Sydney said.
'Yes they had too. And they suit them as well.' I said proudly.
'Indeed they do.' Sophia smirked.
'Who came up with the idea?' Alaska asked.
'Brooklyn told Sid and Sid bought them. That was the surprise Sid was talking about this morning.' I said.
'Aww. That's sweet of Brook to do.' Katie said.
'Yeah, it is!' I squealed. 'Oh and all of you are invited round my house for a sleepover this weekend. You can meet the three. And my brother won't be home cause he'll be at his film school. Mum will be home though and I'm guesing dad will be too. Are you coming?'
'Yes!' They all squealed at once. I giggled and so did they.
We soon ended the call after talking for a while. I went to bed after putting the pups in their baskets.
College again. Meaning more of Michael. Somebody shoot me, please!
