What did he get himself into? All he agreed on was to fake date for a while, who would've thought that it included meeting Beomgyu's family? Not him, that's for sure.

"I'm nervous," Taehyun whispers to Beomgyu.
They were on the way to lunch with Beomgyu's family, which he decided would be the perfect time to introduce his boyfriend!

"Don't be. Act natural and just remember the things we practiced." Beomgyu replies to Taehyun, holding his hand, as they were supposedly boyfriends.

"Your hands are sweaty,"

"Sorry.."

Was this lunch or a job interview? Taehyun was drowning in questions from Beomgyu's family. How is he even keeping his act up?!

"Tell me, how did you meet my grandson?" An elderly woman asked. Assuming she was his grandmother, Taehyun answered diligently, "We met in an art studio; he asked me about one of the paintings and soon asked for my number, and our relationship started growing from there."

"So you're an artist?" She added. "No, I work for one," Taehyun replied. This family had no filter. The disappointment was very prominent on their faces when Taehyun answered things they didn't like. This was all fake, well, supposedly. But the way Beomgyu's family was treating Taehyun at this dinner was not.

"I see. How much do you earn?" Now they were getting too personal. "That's not necessary. I love him, and that's all that matters," Beomgyu interrupts before Taehyun can even reply. "Don't speak to your grandmother like that, Beomgyu." Beomgyu's father says. "For all we know, this man could only be using you for money." he adds.

Beomgyu scoffs, "Using me for money? Aren't you the one doing that? Please, tell me who will benefit from the arranged marriage you're planning. Isn't it you? To get half the shares of the other company? You guys are pathetic hypocrites, all of you!" Beomgyu stood up from his chair.

"Seo Changbin is a good man and will treat you right, the arranged marriage is not for us, it's for you!" His father shouts back.

"I don't give a fuck about Seo Changbin, nor does he give a fuck about me, so stop forcing us together!" Beomgyu then rushed out of the restaurant as Taehyun followed him.

"Hey, hey, stop running," Taehyun says, still following Beomgyu. He soon catches up to the other and holds him to stop. He locked eyes with Beomgyu. Those eyes filled with tears that slowly fell on his cheeks. He wipes those tears away from Beomgyu's face, soon pulling him into a hug.

"I'm sorry," Beomgyu cries out. "Don't be,"

Five out of the twelve pieces of clothing were done. The collaboration was going faster than they thought. Hyunjin was definitely fast with his work.

Seungmin looked closely at one of the clothes that were being left to dry. The details in the painting were astonishing. How can someone be capable of doing such work?

"Is there anything wrong with it?" Hyunjin asked, noticing that Seungmin was observing one of his works. "Nothing wrong; in fact, I'm surprised you can do this with such limited time. I'm actually impressed. Good work, Mr. Hwang."

Oh, don't be fooled by the sudden act, all they've been doing the past week was arguing to the point where the people living next door reported them for being too loud.

"There you go! That's how you guys are supposed to act, not like children fighting for a toy," Jeongin says, tired of all the arguments.

"Anyways, where's that manager of yours? It's way past lunch, isn't he supposed to be here by then?" Seungmin asks. "Yeah, where's Taehyun?" Hyunjin adds, immediately contacting his manager.

His phone started ringing, pulling away from the hug as he answered the call.

"Taeh-"

"On my way." He ends the call, not even seconds in.

"I have to go to Hyunjin, will you be alright?" Fuck, no, he has to go to work- which was to Hyunjin but he isn't supposed to know that!

"Hyunjin? Can I come?" Beomgyu asked. Those eyes were so hard to resist, how can Taehyun say no after what just happened? "Sure,"

"That was... unusual?" Hyunjin muttered, wondering why Taehyun dropped the call so fast. Moments later, the doorbell rang. He opened the door revealing Taehyun and...

"Beomgyu! you're here!"

That name suddenly caught Seungmin's attention, "Beomgyu? Isn't that..." he looked at the door, greeted by someone he knew back in High School "Oh, That Beomgyu," of course they'd still keep in touch, though Seungmin looked... Surprised? Disappointed? But why would he? It doesn't matter. It's not supposed to matter.

"Oh! I know you! Seungmin, right?" Beomgyu recalled, But wait- didn't they break up? Then why was Hyunjin going on blind dates?

"Yes, Kim Seungmin, and you are?" Seungmin asked as if he doesn't remember, as if he doesn't recall the shit he did in high school when he first met Beomgyu. "You must not remember, it's been years after all."

"It's Beomgyu from high school, remember?"

While the two were having a mini getting to know each other... Again, Taehyun is in the corner wondering why- how Beomgyu and Seungmin know each other?

"High school? Were they in the same school? Does that mean Hyunjin and Seungmin knew each other too? But that's odd because for sure they acted like they knew nothing about each other when they first got introduced?"

"I have something to say that's why I came here, to talk to you," Beomgyu said, facing Hyunjin as if he were to confess his greatest sins- an expression on his face that made Hyunjin wonder what the other had to announce.

Seungmin, on the other hand, was also questioning. What did they have to speak about to the point where Beomgyu would randomly appear in Hyunjin's house?
