38 - Unexpected things

When morning finally came in, Chan instructed Jeongin to apologize to Hyunjin. The younger knocked on Hyunjin's door despite not knowing what he had done.

"Hyung? Awake yet?" Jeongin yells from the the outside. A few seconds later, the door opens, revealing Seungmin, who has just woken up.

"Seungmin hyung? How come you're here?" Since he was in charge of assigning rooms, he was certain that this was Hyunjin's room... why was Seungmin here then?

"I-uh.. what do you mean? Is this my room?" Seungmin answers calmly, trying to cover up the door's view of Hyunjin sleeping on the bed.

"Oh really? I must've gotten confused then. Must be the alcohol from last night." Jeongin turns to leave, but before he could get far, he heard loud shatter coming from Seungmin's room. He returns right away to double-check. Fortunately, the door wasn't locked, so he rushes in.

"That was close." Seungmin closes the door and goes back to bed. "Who was that?" Hyunjin asks, wrapping his arms around Seungmin. "Jeongin, he was probably looking for you."

Seungmin stands up, attempting to get out of bed, but Hyunjin pulls him back in. "Don't leave.." the older says. "I won't, I'll just get water." He fills the cup and half way through.. "Is that a tail sticking out?!" He opens the lid of the water container and sees a lizard inside, dropping the glass of water he was holding.

"Seung, are you okay?!" Hyunjin rushes to the younger, but the door suddenly opens.

"Oh?"

"Oh?"

"Oh?"

Now everyone was in a state of shock. It's too early to be dealing with shit like this, but oh well.

"Jeongin?"

"Innie?"

"Hyung...s?"

Jeongin looks around only to see a messy bed, two pairs of slippers, and wait- "I think I remember now why I was asked to apologise..."

Everyone was eating breakfast at the buffet as the checkout time was in an hour. Everyone has lives to go back to anyway. Everyone was sitting on a round table chatting when Taehyun finally spoke..

"Everyone.. I uh, don't know when there will be a time when we're all gathered up like this again, so I'll say this now," he takes a breath. "I'm sure you're all familiar with Beomgyu.. we're -"

"We're together," Beomgyu says.

Astonished faces were prominent on their faces most of all Changbins. "Why do you look so shocked? I said I'd pick you up- oh, fancy seeing you here, Seo Changbin." Now everyone was in confusion.

"Now that we're revealing things... ahaha..." Jeongin laughs akwardly while standing up as he pulls out something from his pocket.

"You're all invited to our wedding," he says, smiling while holding the engagement ring.

"Invitations aren't ready yet since we are still in the middle of planning, but we decided it would be nice to let you guys know," Chan added.

Who would've thought that they'd be the first ones to get married?! Crazy how the future is filled with unexpected things.

"I'll take you home," Changbin says, running up to Felix, who was about to call a taxi. "So... Beomgyu," Felix utters. "Don't look at me, I didn't know shit about him and Taeyun," Felix chuckles.

"Still crazy to me that they threaten to bring you to Euroup for good if you don't break up with me... anything for money, I guess."

"It seems like they can't convince Beomgyu anyway, means that I'm, uh, free.." Changbin says while driving. "What are you trying to imply, Mr.Seo??" Felix questions.

"Can we start over, Lix? May I court you?" The other says shyly.. "Fine, let's give this a second shot," Felix then says, smiling.

They were back on the beach to open their restaurant when they passed by children playing on the sand. "They're so cute," Jisung mutters.

"You think so?" Minho looks at them; they are indeed cute. It would be nice to have a mini Jisung and a mini Minho running around the restaurant just like those kids.

This put Minho deep in thought. I mean, the restaurant is earning enough to provide, and he and Jisung have been together for a while now, so why not? What could go wrong?

"Aunty!"

"Minho, what made you call?"

"Remember when you said you couldn't take care of those babies??"

"Ah, yes. I have work and can't look after them all the time."

"I'm willing to take one."

"Why only one? Take the sibling too! Adopt three."

"Uh, okay, three then."

"This is great help, Minho; I'll bring them on the weekend."

"Jisung, let's go to the mall," Minho says excitedly. "What? Why? I made sure to buy all the ingredients needed. Did I miss anything? Jisung then gets the list of things to buy, making sure everything is crossed out.

Minho takes Jisung's hands, and... "I adopted," he says happily.

"YOU WHAT?"

Jisung needed to make sure what he heard was right. "They're five-month-old siblings."

"THEY'RE?!"

"Yes, and they will be arriving this Saturday, so we better buy the things we need!!" Minho was excited while Jisung is.. Uh, let's say surprised. Why would Minho not consult him first when making huge decisions like this one?! There's no turning back now..

"One of those days where you can't sleep?''

"Yeah.."

"It's okay, I'll stay up late with you."

"I can't fake this anymore, Taehyun."

"Wait, are you saying..??"

"What? Will you avoid me now because I actually fell for you?"

"What? No! Beomgyu, I'm just surprised because I've fallen for you too.."

The call went silent for a while.

"Wanna be together then?"

"Don't you want to take things slow?"

"Me? Slow? No thanks. Now answer, yes or-"

"Yes, Beomgyu."

"Cool, I'll pick you up tomorrow."

"Wait what-"

The call suddenly ended. They slept happily, knowing their blind date ended up being their boyfriend.

The last two to leave the hotel were Hyunjin and Seungmin. The fashion show is done, meaning the collab is also done. They have nothing to do with each other now.

"Wanna stay in my place?" Hyunjin offers. "I have to go back to Seoul, you know," the other says. "Tomorrow, you have to go back tomorrow; meaning you can still stay for the night," Hyunjin insists.

"How'd you know it's not today?"

"Innie."

"Fair enough, let's go," and there they were, exes on the same car going to the same place.
