"It will be simple." The boy with sandy blonde curls states as I eye him with skepticism.

"There is nothing simple about this! You shouldn't go around playing with girls hearts." I scold him causing him to give me a blank stare in return like he could care less.

"Listen, I originally wanted revenge on Axial. Then I got to thinking best way to get to her is through Alex her sister." He says deviously.

"No! I don't want any part of this." I say already turning around to head out of the camp cabin when a hand grips my arm.

"Too late." His voice says sending shivers down my spine and not in a good way.

Daniel begins to write a letter of confession—- well fake confession to Alex Greyson. He states that he wanted her near the docks where he was going to get his revenge.

I felt sick to the bottom of my stomach. I also felt hopeless because Daniel has dirt on me. Apparently he took up the hobby of photography and caught me kissing Axial.

More like he took up the hobby of stalking.

Here I was anxiously waiting for him to get done with the letter all because of one stupid kiss I was being black mailed.

It's hard enough being thirteen as it is and I recently discovered my sexuality. I love girls. They are just such beautiful creatures. I guess you could say Axial Greyson awakened my gayness.

"I can sense your annoyance from here. You better stick to the plan or your father will end up with this." Daniel says annoyed flaunting the photo of Axial and me.

I clench my fist and then unclench them. My blue glasses sliding down to my nose as I keep adjusting them. I decided to put on a concealing jacket because if I was going to sneak around might as well do it fashionably.

I go down each cabin— one, two, until I come across cabin three which was were Axial and Alex reside.

I take the letter that felt like it's been burning a hole in my hand and slide it underneath their door frame.

Only for the door to slightly open revealing Axial. Her short raven hair exposed her neck where she kept her favorite necklace latched on that her and her sister had. A raven.

Her icy blue eyes look at me with amusement as her lip raises up to the side.

"Sending me a love letter as this hour? I didn't expect this from you Fields." Axial taunts me causing my face to become a deep shade of red out of embarrassment.

"No! That's not meant for you!" I shout maybe a little to quickly taking Axial back.

Axial— who now had the letter looks down at it and realizes it wasn't her name etched on it, but her twin sister Alex's.

Axial's eyes goes from amusement to annoyance in matter of seconds.

"Did you just kiss me to get to my sister?" She asks accusingly and hurt.

"No! I promise it's not what it seems." I try pleading with her but the only thing that made sense in this moment to her was the letter with her sister's name.

"It seems exactly how it looks." Axial scoffs slamming the letter down on the desk near Alex's bed and storming off.

I could've explained everything. I could've chased after her, but I didn't. I just stood there at the entrance way like a damn fool. All because of Daniel freaking Pierce.

I was more than a innocent by stander during the incident. I was a suspect. I spent the rest of the summer looking over my shoulders paranoia eating at me that the police would knock on my fathers door and take me away.
