Today is the day I have to go to my father's. Before I decide to go torture myself by being around him, I want to pick up a gift for Evelyn.I noticed a couple weeks ago near by the hotel a small jewelry store. I know I didn't have the best of luck when it came to Evelyn and jewelry, but I wanted to try one last time to give her something nice.
I hop on the elevator heading down to the first floor when in corner of my eye I notice a familiar blonde haired guy that reminded me a lot of Camila.
Bennet stops talking to the tall giraffe looking dude and gives me a small wave to which I politely return back.
As much as I was curious on to what Bennet is up to I really am pressed for time.
Opening the door, I collide with a body making me promptly apologize until I realize who I have bumped into.
"Is your glasses working?" Camila obnoxious voice asks as she rubs the place where I collided with her. My body was petite so I am sure I didn't cause any damage to her perfect body.
"As much as I would love stand here and indulge you, I really have to go." I ignore her snide comment and make my way around her causing her to fume.

"Can I help you, Ms?" A lady that couldn't possibly be only a few older than me asks behind the jewelry collection. My eyes scan to where I seen the ring I wanted before still there in it's beautiful black box. Its emerald mimics the same color as my eyes and I hope Evelyn accepts this gift.
"Yes. I would like to purchase this ring over here." I say pointing to the ring.
The woman's dark eyes grow huge as the ring I have selected as she gives me an uneasy look and asks, "Are you sure you want this one? It's a bit pricey."
I have to hold back from rolling my eyes at her question because this woman obviously didn't know who I am or who I am related too. Not that I would ever go around and use my heritage to get what I wanted, but for Evelyn I didn't care spend some of my emotional and physical damage money my father keeps sending my way.
"I'm sure." I simply say giving her a small smile as she goes to take it out of the tiny black box and gives it to me to inspect.
"How long have you and your partner been together?" The jeweler asks inquisitively eyeing me like I seem a little too young to be making such a steep purchase.
"I wouldn't exactly call her my partner per-say. I just want to give someone who is very special to me a special gift." I explain as she gently smiles at me causing a dimple to form at the crease of her right cheek.
"It's a very sweet gesture, but do you realize this is in our engagement collection?" The jeweler asks like she didn't really want to sell me the ring.
This lady needs to be quiet and just accept my money.
"Ahh— no I didn't. I'll still take it." I say once again digging in my purse for my card.
"Whoever this person is, I hope this person realizes how lucky they are to have someone like you buying them such an important gift." The woman says giving me a once over and smiling.
"Thank you, how much do I owe?" I ask completely ignoring that this lady is hitting on me.
"That will be three thousand dollars." She says as I reach her my card to swipe and gives me a recipient just in case.
"One more thing. I want it engraved if possible. Please put F.F hearts E.W"I say rubbing back of my neck.
Waiting for a couple of hours the ring was finally done. I clutch the little black box close to my chest and head to my house.
When I arrive it wasn't long before my father orders me to change my attire to match him. I would rather stab myself in the eye will a fork than do that, but I want to try at least maintain some sort of civility with him.
