Fiona gives me a kiss before having to go back to work which gives me time to pick up a surprise gift for her.

We been together for almost an entire month and I feel like I should get her a gift.

Being with someone for a month monogamously is serious for someone like me who usually doesn't do commitments.

After all I did propose to her.

Then it hits me I should get her a ring. Not particularly an engagement ring, but a beautiful classy ring just like Fiona.

I text Fiona letting her know I'll see her back at the hotel that I am going to go hang out with Karin. I think it's believable for her to not question my whereabouts.

"Are you kidding me? That's like a house payment." I scoff at the bald headed man clearly trying to swindle me.

Bald man rolls his eyes at me and mumbles something about how this is why he doesn't do business with kids.

"Good sir, I am almost eighteen in a couple weeks. I have connections and I could let them know about this nice jewelry store." I threaten narrowing my icy blue eyes at him.

This causes the guy to look intimidated by me.

"Now I think we can come to an agreement on a price for this ring." I say grabbing ahold of a black diamond shaped like a rose ring.

"S...sure." The jeweler agrees ringing up my ring for fifty percent off the original price. It pays to look intimidating sometimes.

There was no way I was going six thousand for a ring. I didn't care if it was the most gorgeous ring ever.

Just as I'm about to exit from the jewelry store I accidentally bump into someone.

"Sorry." I apologize until I look to see who it is.

"Gilipollas torpe." Sophia mumbles underneath her breath. Lucky for both of us I actually knew some Spanish and understood what she just called me.

"Puedo hablar español, coño" I scoff at her while her almond eyes look at me shocked.

I make this time to nudge her shoulder on purpose before I leave. Giving her the true American greeting with my middle finger.

"Do you know what a ring signifies to a woman?" Oliver questionably asks me examine the black rose diamond ring I got for Fiona.

"A ring is a ring you don't have to label it. It could mean various of things. Like for instance a promise to always love someone or even just something fashionable to wear." I explain trying to get Oliver to stop interrogating me.

"Not where I come from kid. A ring means a serious commitment. Last time I checked Axial Greyson wasn't the committing type." Oliver says making me feel a sharp pang in my chest.

   His words actually hurt.

"If you haven't noticed I'm not exactly the same girl you have known a year ago." I say defending myself grabbing some of his rum.

"Hey! I just brought that!" Oliver shouts chasing after me but I am way faster than him.

"You're getting slow old man." I tease Oliver who rolls his golden eyes at me.

"You never stop being a pain in my ass." Oliver scoffs shaking his head with a faint of a smile on his face.

   He loves our times together.

Oliver tells me if I'm going to drink to do it responsibly meaning I have to stay at his place.

I argue that I need see Fiona soon.
