Chapter 7: snowball fights and boys in bras

I was in West Jordan with Lindsay to try on bridesmaid dresses. At David's bridal store.
"I can't believe your marrying my cousin! I remember when we were 12 at Bear Lake!" I told Lindsay. "I know I miss those days!"
"So do you like?" She asked
"I love it! I can't believe it's in 2 weeks!"
"I looked long and hard for that dress!"
"I figured modest dresses aren't common."
"Nope! I'm so glad you like it!" I twirled around in a circle in a lavender purple floor length dress that I just loved! Modest yet classy.

I drive back to Payson after the dress fitting. Chandler and Greyson and I are going sledding after lunch. I was having lunch at my aunt Julie's she has 3 kids Braden who's 16, Callie who's 13, and Rosie who's 9. Then I have to drive back to West Jordan to baby sit my other cousin Carl, and his wife Ashley's baby,Addie who's 4. Then back to Payson for dinner with Chandler's family. So I have a busy, busy day.

"Bay-lie!" Rosie says she hugs my legs with a death grip. "We're having hamburgers Braden says. "Sounds good." I say. I walk up the steps to see aunt Julie. "Hey how are ya?" She saids
"Good how are you?"
"Good, but I wish the crazy munchkins would go back to school!" The kids were on Christmas break.
"My dads outside cooking the burgers." Callie says.
I try to move but Rosie still have her death grip on my legs. "Can I so you my snow man!?" Rosie asks
"Of course!" I say with too much enthusiasm. "Nahum Rosie you not going out side with out shoes and a jacket!" Aunt Julie says. I look at Rosie who's hand is on the door. "Ok, Bailey come with me!" She says. I'm still in my winter coat. We walk down to the basement where her room is. She puts on almost 5 coat before closing one. She is just like me when I was a kid. We walk outside to the backyard. I see uncle Q flipping burgers. "Hey, how are you?" I ask hugging him. "Good. Great to see you!" Rosie takes my hand. "Come on!" She demands. I follow her to the saddest looking snow man I have ever seen. "She looks like a super model!" I say.
"Yeah, I know. I made her silly!" She says. I laugh. Rosie grabs a hand full of snow and smacks it in the sad snow man face...I think. "There, I gave her Kylie Jenner lips!" She did not just say that! "Rosie stop reading teen magazine!" Uncle Q says. I laugh. "You have one big imagination, Rosie!"
"Burgers are done!" Uncle Q says.

We are sitting at the table eating. "How are you and Chandler?" Aunt Julie asks.
"Good, he's getting some college in before he leaves on his mission."
"Where is he going again?" Uncle Q asks.
"Boise, Idaho" I say
"That won't be much different from our weather." Aunt Julie says. I cleared my plate at set it in the sink. "Thanks for lunch! I have to go." Aunt Julie gets up and hugs me.
" your welcome anytime!" Rosie walks over and hugs me "bye, I'm going to miss you!"
"Rosie, I live 5 minutes away." I say
"Oh right, I forgot." We all laugh
"Bye Braden! Bye Callie!"
"Bye!"
"bye!"
I walk out side and get in my car and turn on force of nature by Bea Miller, my favorite song.

"I'm finally here!" I say to Chandler and Greyson.
"Where you been?" Greyson says.
"Runing around all over Utah!" I say. I walk up to Chandler and kiss him.
"Let the party begin!" Chandler says
"Oh Chandler I have to leave a 3:00 to go babysit for Carl and Ashley."
"That should be plenty of time." He says
"Ok. Let's do this!"
I pick up a sled and put it on the ground, I sit down.
"Don't push me too hard Greys-"
"There she goes!" Greyson sings.
"Iiiiiiiii hate youuuu!" I say as I drift away. I hear "awweee!" Like he was a race car driver. In the distance and then I see and Chandler on top of me. He landed on me.
"I got you!" He says.
"Get up, your massive!"
"I'll take this as 'oh babe your so muscular I can't take it'!" He says in a girly voice
"Haha." I get up and he brushes off snow that's in my hair.
"I love you." He says
"If only I felt the same." I said in a Scottish accent. He shoved snow in my face. I made a weird growling noise.
"Easy Chubaca." Greyson says after he slides down. I turned around and made a huge snow ball.
"B, come on let's go again!" Chandler calls.
"One sec." I can hear him getting closer to me. I turn around with thunder and lightning I threw the ball right in his face.
"Your on!" He yells. As I run up the mountain not fast enough. I scream.
"B, I'm in your side!" Greyson calls. I get pelted in the back I almost loose my balance.
"How did sledding turn into snowball fight?" I ask
"I think you know the answer to that one,B !" Chandler yells. I laugh. Greyson makes a fort, and so does Chandler. I make snow balls. "Greyson!" I whisper.
"What?" He said softly I pointed to some deer urine.
"Yes! Yes! Yes!" Greyson says. I ball it up as far away from my nose as possible. And launch it across the hillside. It landed on Chandler's face. "That the crud nuggets is that!?" He yells.
"Oh I don't know I thinks it may be deer pee. By the looks of it!" Greyson says.
"Are you kidding me!" Get gets up and runs for me.
"I can't get up my jackets too big!" I yell. Chandler runs up to be and Greyson abandons me. Chandler still has the deer pee in his face. And he kisses me.
"Yuck." Greyson saids.
"Between the cereal and this, we are done Chandler Riggs, we are done!" I say sarcastically.
"You love me!" He says
"I love you!" I say
"Let's get some hot chocolate." Greyson says.

We drive separate so I can go to Carl's after. "Promise me you won't do the again." I tell Chandler at Starbucks.
" I promise!" He says
"For the record I think me and B won the snow ball fight."
"Yeah right!" Chandler says. I look at the time: 2:55 pm.
"Babe I got to go."
"K I'll walk you out."
"Greyson, heat up the car." He throws Greyson the keys.
"K." He says. Chandler Leans me against my car, he's on top of me, our foreheads touching.
"I had fun." I say
"Me too!" He says. As he kisses me.
"2:59!" Greyson says as he rolls his windo down behind Chandler.
"Ok, ok, I'm coming." He say but he just starrs into my eyes.
"Really, doesn't look like it." Greyson wines. Chandler gives me one last kiss and gets in his car.
I get in my car and roll the window down. I see the passenger side of the car. Greyson moves to the driver seat because Chandler can't drive with his cast, but he can sled, I don't understand his logic. He rolls his window down. "Bye I love you."
"Ya whatever!" I say. He gives me a pouty face
"I'll see you at 6! Bye, love you!" I say. And drive away.

I'm sitting in traffic on Bangeter high way. I txt Ashley real fast.
Me: hey, stuck in traffic. I'll be there in 10. Sorry :(
Ashley: no problem. :)
Traffic starts moving and I get to Ashley and Carl's apartment.
"Hey!" Ashley says as she opens the door.
"Hey!" I give her a weird hug because she's pregnant and holding Addie.
"Look in' good hot stuff!" I say. She looks at her belly.
"No really but thank you! Loki is in his crate you don't have to worry about him. (Loki is their Siberian husky) addie already Had her nap so she's good. Just put frozen on and your all good. Her snacks are in the pantry, she will gladly show you her favorite. Carl and I will be back around 4:30 or 5:00 so only a hour or 2. We are just going to dinner."
"Sounds good. Weird pregnancy eating hours?"
"Haha yup." She slides in her shoes and hands me Addie. Carl walks out of the bathroom.
"Hey thanks for watching Addie, B!" He says
"No problem! Have fun." I say. I close the door and look at Addie
"What are we going to do?"
"FROZEN!" She yells. So we watched it until Carl and Ashley got back.

I got in my car and texted Chandler:
Me: on my way!

Traffic, traffic. I get bored and start Rocking out to my music.
Me: here!
Chandler unlocks the front door
"Hey,B!" He kisses me and we walk to the kitchen.
"Smells good, mrs.Riggs!"
"Thank you! And you know you can call me Jina!" (I know it's Gina but whatever!)
"It smells very good Jina!"
"And you can call me William."
"Yes I know." I say with a smile his parents always really liked me.
" hey, B let's play some games while we're waiting."
"Ok." He takes my hand and we walk down stairs to the theater room.
"Black ops or MW3?" He askes
"MW3" I say
We sit in the chairs with my legs in his lap. Greyson walks in
"Yo, can I play."
"Sure." I say
He grabs a controller and we start the game.
"One in the chamber?" Greyson asks
"I'll beat your butt!" Chandler says
"Your on!" Greyson yells
On the game: we are playing the map terminal on one in the chamber. I walk around the corner of the plane and I get shot through the wall.
"Oh no you didn't!" I yell
"Yes I di-id" Chandler used the same voice I used.
"Butt head." I said under my breath.
"What was that?" Chandler asked.
"I love you!" I said
"Sure." Chandler says.
The final kill is Greyson on top of a building I shot the barrel of something exsposive and he went flying. It was really funny.
"What?! No!" Greyson says.
"Way to end the game." Chandler said high fiving me.
"Dinner!" Jina calls. We walk upstairs to the kitchen were homemade pizza is on the table.
"Mrs. Riggs you have out done your self!"
"Thank you- Jina!"
"Yes, Jina."
We ate and mainly talked about Chandler's mission. Candler and I walked outside and sat on the bench. He can walk with out the couches now. Our hands played with each other. I rested my head on his chest where he held me close.
"I'm going to miss you!" I say
"It will fly by I promise!"
"What about after?"
"Well you will be going to school while I'm away becoming a social worker and when I get back I'm going to school to be a pediatrician. So we'll be busy."
He kissed my forehead.
"Your amazing, you know that?" He said. I kissed him. It's 8:45pm
"I better get home I've had a long day." I say sitting up, stretching."
" ok, goodnight."

I got in my car and drive away. I got home 5 minutes later. "Hey, want any ice cream?" My mom said as I walked in the door.
"I've had a long day, a good one but thanks . I think I'll stick with my bed."
"Ok. Goodnight." I walked over to the kitchen where she was to walk down stairs, she stopped me and kissed my forehead. "Get some sleep your tired!"
" hah I know I will mommy." And I walked down stairs. I opened the door to see Aiden and Allen trying on me and Annie's bras. "MOM!" I yelled
She opens the door. "Oh my goosh!" She put her hand on her mouth and started laughing.
"Mom take a picture!" Aiden said. Then she pulled out her phone. The boys posed. Annie walked in wearing her usual towel, towel on her head, and a tooth brush.
"Mom get them out!" She yelled
They left and me and Annie fell asleep instantly.
