Kanae was now finally at peace, she no longer felt pain or sadness. After that day, Shinobu started to feel depressed but smiled more often to hide her pain...as for Kanao, she felt extremely upset but she started to have a positive mind set when she remembered that Kanae told her to always have a positive mind set.
Sanemi, he wasn't doing well...he would lock himself in his room everyday, crying and grieved in the lost of his fiance Kanae. Giyuu knew about how Shinobu felt and started to care for her more, until it was time for Kanae's funeral.
GIYUU POV
As I was getting ready to head to Kanae's funeral, I heard a knock on my room door...so I opened my door and saw Tsutako staring at me. "Onii-chan...why are you dressed in black and white?" I couldn't lie to her so I explained about everything that happened which made her feel bad for Shinobu, so she decided to offer a flower for Kanae...it was a beautiful red spider lily.

I thanked Tsutako for the beautiful flower that she would like to offer Kanae, and I left the house after I waved goodbye to Tsutako. I knew that Shinobu wouldn't want to drive Kanae's car because of how heartbroken she was because of Kanae's death, so I insisted to drive her and Kanao to the funeral with me coming along and Shinobu agreed.
I finally arrived infront of the Kocho's residence with my grey Porsche Taycan, I got out of the car and rang the door before heading back inside my car. There I saw Shinobu who came out of the house first with her beautiful black dress that had transparent patterns on it around her shoulders to her sleeves, she made my heart flutter as she wore her black heels.
