Shortly after taking some extra time to enjoy the scenery. Me and Dainsleif made our way inside the Dawn Winery. I led him upstairs to my room where I had some extra bandages and other medical supplies left over. I headed into my bathroom and began to rummage through the cabinets. I saw him look around my room and he stopped to observe my desk. As I came out of the bathroom I stopped and couldn't help but watch him. The glow of the sun lined his body as he stood in front of the window. He seemed to be looking down at the desk and he had his hand resting on the desk. My eyes slowly looked him up and down. I forgot that I had lended him my clothes. Heat rose to my cheeks and I smiled slightly. He looked over at me and noticed that I had been staring at him. I immediately looked away and set the supplies down on my bed. He walked over to me and sat down by me. He started to unwrap his bandage and then I took over and fully unwrapped it. My cheeks were still flushed and I couldn't bring myself to look at him. For some reason he seemed even more attractive than usual. My mind filled with foolish thoughts as I was preparing everything."Diluc?" I finally heard Dainsleif say, I looked up at him with flushed cheeks, "are you alright? I called your name at least three times."
I shook my head, "Yes I'm fine, my mind is just...."
"Busy?" He finished for me,
"Yes, busy." I washed his wound with a warm rag and put the ointment on it. "Your wound is looking much better. I think just a basic bandage is all you need."
"That's a relief. I'm more than ready to be able to do things again. Though, with the size of this wound, I think I can do most things. I think I probably could've been doing a lot more."
"Yes, perhaps." I said reluctantly, I carefully placed the new bandage on his wound. "There."
"Thank you." He said and observed the bandage,
"Of course. Is there anything else you need?" I asked him as I began to gather all the supplies I used.
"I'm still feeling quite tired. I think I may return to my room and get more rest." I nod in agreement,
"You need it."
"What are you going to do?" He asked,
"I should get working on preparations for next month. As far as I know, many things have needed my attention for a while now." I explained with boredom hinted in my voice,
"W-Would you want to take a walk with me?" Dainsleif asked hesitantly, I looked up at him. His cheeks seemed flushed but he had a confident look on his face. I couldn't help but smile, he looked adorable like this,
"I'd like that. But, unfortunately, I think you should rest and I should get to work before we do that." His expression faded,
"Ah, yes, that's probably for the best." He said,
"But don't worry. I'll definitely take you up on that." I smiled and grabbed his hand. I stood up and took all the medical supplies back to my bathroom. Once I came back out Dainsleif looked up at me.
"Diluc?" Dainsleif asked,
"Yes?" I tilted my head, he seemed hesitant to say anything, "is something the matter?"
He shook his head, "no, I'm sorry. I seem to have forgotten."
"It's alright." Dainsleif stood up and I led the way out of my room. I said my goodbyes and wished him a good rest. I was about to head down the stairs until I heard someone call for me,
"Master Diluc!" Adelinde exclaimed, I turned around and looked at her. She ran over to me hurriedly.
"What is it?" I questioned, she had a guilty expression on her face.
