Y/N was in the spare room with Yelena talking over their side of the plan, Yelena was arming herself enough to make an 80s action hero blush, she had akimbo glock 17 pistols with engraving on them, she had two stun batons, she had her widows bites, she had a karambit, she had a flash grenade, and an AA12 shotgun.

"Stun rounds?" Y/N asked as Yelena nodded and gave an affirming hum.

"You up for this Y/N?" Yelena asked as Y/N looked at her neutrally.

"Yeah, why'd you ask?"

"You look troubled."

"Trust me Aunt Lena, I'm all good, just anxious to get my family back and stop Ross. That's all." Y/N said as he checked the time before grabbing his olive green ww2 trench coat, Y/N grabbed his equipment consisting of the sonic screwdriver he still carried and his widows bites bracelets. "Come on, let's go find this shithead."

Y/N and his team moved out with Y/N using his watch to send the signal to Hill.

SHIELD Helicarrier (Present day):

Hill walked into Fury's office with the pad showing the signal to attack. Maria handed the pad over to Nick who gave a smirk before initiating the intercom.

"Alright you motherfuckers listen up, somewhere in the nearby government facility Secretary Ross and his CIA pals are holding and torturing the Avengers...our friends, we owe them a lot, now they need our help, they're sure as shit gonna get it, STRIKE teams, suit up and follow orders put to you by commander Romanoff and his allies, the rest of you make sure they have air support. Let's go put these motherfuckers in their place." Fury said over the intercom before hanging up and heading with hill to the armoury.

CIA Facility:

Ross was in his office when a soldier ran in.

"Sir, someone's posted footage of us holding and torturing the Avengers onto the web, a Helicarrier is above us sending STRIKE teams and Y/N Romanoff is hear with them." The soldier said as the Facility intercom.

"Hellllloooooo! Ross, get your moustache wearing arse out here right now or I'm gonna give you a third bypass! Oh and Avengers...Get your coats!" Y/N said into the megaphone linked to the intercom. Five minutes later Ross walked out with an entire army led by him and Walker.

"Romanoff, you seriously wanna reconsider this!" Walker said as Y/N let a small laugh out.

"Hello Old man from Up. look I know you're juiced up on super serum but, you and your buddy might want to sit this out."

"Look wise ass..." Lamar was interrupted by Y/N hating being called as wise ass.

"Nobody's talking to you sweetheart, you stand there and be quiet, you were better at that or I'll have to put a bullet through your fucking knee." Y/N said in a condescending tone as Walker lost his patience and threw caps old shield at Y/N who effortlessly dodged and used his momentum to grab the shield from the air while spinning and threw it back at Walker and Lamar.

Y/N could hear Yelena snickering to his right.

"What?"

"He really does look like that old guy from up." Yelena laughed as Y/N smirked.

"I know."

"When you're finished." Ross said as Y/N returned his attention to Ross.

"Right, yes of course, you've got places to be after all." Y/N said as he walked up to within ten feet of Ross. "Okay, first off we accept your total and unconditional surrender, second, use the words Panic and Flee instead of retreat."

"What?"

"Panic and Flee, those words, those exact words, I want you to be famous for those words, I want children laughing at you outside your house because they've found the house of general Panic and Flee Ross, and when people come to you and ask if trying to get to me through the people I LOVE! Is in any way a smart move, you can tell them the name you received on this day." Y/N paused to regain composure as he stood now face to face with Ross. "I'm angry, real anger, now that is something new isn't it. You see I really don't know what's going to happen to now."

"Like Thanos said, the anger of good men like you and Rogers is nothing to fear, good men have too many rules." Ross said bravely, or as bravely as he could manage when being faced with Y/N and his army.

"What makes you think I'm in any way a good man, men like Rogers and Wilson don't need rules, they already follow them, today really is not a smart day to try and find out why I have so many." Y/N growled as he glared at Ross. The Avengers arrived with Carter and her STRIKE team.

"Y/N, what are we going to do?"

"Avengers, you all leave the facility and go home, same to shield forces, Sharon, Kate, Lena, you too." Y/N said as they followed his orders all of them leaving the facility cautiously while Y/N squared off against Ross and his allies.

"Now you're alone."

"No, I still have the helicarrier, give the order general Panic and Flee Ross, give it and I won't give the order to have the carrier fire it's cannons directly at this place eviscerating you and your friends." Y/N said as Ross scoffed nervously.

"You wouldn't, you'd die too."

"Wouldn't I? I've done crazier things." Y/N said as he looked at the entire army of Ross's agents pointing their guns at him. "3...2..."

"Men, Flee and Panic." Ross said, his voice wavering as Y/N looked him in the eyes staring into his soul. While the Agents fled Y/N grabbed a pistol and a pair of handcuffs, he shot Ross in the right kneecap twice and then restrained Ross.

"Thaddeus Ross you are under arrest for infringement of human rights, Assault, kidnapping, and attacking with the intent to kill or seriously wound. You do not have to say anything though it may harm your defence if you fail to mention something in questioning which you later rely upon in a court of law, you have the right to an attorney, if you cannot afford one an attorney will be provided by the state, these are your Miranda rights." Y/N said as he escorted Ross to a SHIELD VTOL landing nearby.

"Congratulations Commander Romanoff." Fury said as Y/N loaded Ross onto the VTOL. "I'll escort him to a nice hotel with an ocean view."

"Put him with the rest of the skid marks on humanity." Y/N said as he left walking off on the journey back to the Tower.
