Y/N and Amy had returned from their 'honeymoon'.

"In space?" Nat asked quizzically as Amy smirked and laughed.

"yeah, trust me...it was scary, that space station was weird." Amy said as she drank a cup of coffee with Nat.

"So let me get this straight, an alien was wiping out a space station and he killed it using the airlock to suck it into space?"

"Yes." Amy said as they heard the sound of police cars going past, Nat and Amy looked out the coffee shop window to see Y/N and Peter swinging past on webs. Nat went to her comms watch, a piece of equipment made for the whole team by Tony, it was based on Y/Ns old watch which due to Y/N being as stubborn as a pissed off mule received an upgrade without completely changing the watch. The watches were capable of projecting images, acting as a comms device, acting as a FRIDAY AI carrier, Y/N and Peters doubled into their respective wrist mounted equipment.

"Y/N, there a situation you need help with?"

"Doubt it, sounds like a routine break in." Y/N said through his comms as Nat heard him straining as he swung through the city like Tarzan. "How's your coffee?"

"You saw us?"

"Yeah, you and Amy. good choice of coffee shop."

"It was Amy's decision, she said she'd been there before."

"yeah, it was shortly after the field trip to the tower went wrong, she helped me with a few things." Y/N explained as he and Peter reached the scene of the break in.

As Y/N walked in he could smell something that just stuck out to him as off, it was like a trap had been set but had already been sprung by someone else.

"Spidey, this place feel off to you?"

"Yeah, my spider-sense thing is going crazy."

"It feels..."

"Like a trap that's already been triggered but the danger from it is still here."

"My sister pass her powers to you or something?"

"What're you talking about?"

"Reading my mind like that." Y/N said as he chuckled, at his own joke.

Peter began looking for clues as to what had them on edge when he heard Y/N sniffing.

"What are you doing?"

"I can smell something...smells like...Chloroform. Spidey, get me Captain Stacy." Y/N said as he looked around to find out who the last inhabitant of the apartment. Stacy walked in and waited for Y/N to finish his examination.

"You wanted to ask me something sir?"

"Captain who was the last inhabitant of these premises?"

"A young girl and her parents, all three are missing." Stacy said as Y/N thought on the information for a moment. "What are you thinking?"

"Get me information on the young girl, something seems too familiar about this situation, get me everything, education scores, hobbies, every detail, I want to know why someone would go to such lengths to kidnap her and her family." Y/N said as Stacy nodded to Y/N and Parker before leaving to gather the information.

"What are you thinking about? You have that look in your eye."

"I'm thinking that there's something familiar about this whole case but scary part is I don't know what it is." Y/N said as he heard a girl arguing with the captain.

"I need to talk to Y/N it's important." The girl said as Y/N recognized her voice.

"Gwen, what is it?" Y/N said as he and Peter walked out into the hallway to see Gwen.

"You know my daughter?"

"Yeah, we go the same university together. Gwen was also in midtown high but we never had a chance to meet until we got into university." Y/N said as Gwen smiled.

"You go to university with an Avenger, The Avenger." The captain said as Gwen nodded.

"I was going to tell you tonight." Gwen said as Y/N noticed a piece of paper crumpled up in Gwen's coat pocket. Y/N approached and took the paper, opening it up to see a missing person poster.

Y/N looked at the paper before looking back to Gwen.

"Helena? As in Helen from psychology and the paramilitary organizations courses? Don't you two share a flat."

"Yeah, she said she was staying in the flat for the night to study while I was going to a lecture, when I came back there had been some sort of struggle and she was missing, she left this." Gwen said handing Y/N a small blue neck scarf.

"This belonged to her brother right? I've never seen her leave the flat without it, come to think of it when I come over to revise with you she doesn't go anywhere without it. So she wouldn't leave this behind if she had a choice." Y/N said as he could smell chloroform on the scarf. He sniffed it a few times.

"What is it?"

"Chloroform. Same as this place. Gwen, has anyone else gone missing recently?" Y/N said as Gwen thought back.

"No, just Helen." Gwen answered as Y/N nodded.

"Right, Gwen, put the word around, nobody is to be on their own tonight, stay at your fathers, stay at your friends, do whatever, just make sure no body is on their own tonight, especially any women, that's two crime scenes and three missing women, whoever or indeed whatever this is, they're targeting women, my guess is the father in this family isn't among the living anymore." Y/N said as he analyzed the scarf.

"Y/N, mind if I ask a favor from you?" Captain Stacy asked calmly.

"Shoot." Y/N said as he continued to look at the scarf.

"I'm gonna be working through the night, and seeing as Gwen trusts you enough to come to you with this, do you mind if my family stay with the Avengers until tomorrow?" The captain asked as Y/N paused for a moment.

"Sure they can, we got extra rooms for them all, you're welcome to join them if you guys want to stay there until this is all finished." Y/N said as Gwen gave a smile to Y/N.
