Y/N walked in to school with Wanda, Pietro and Amy. When they walked in to class Wanda and Peter smiled as Y/N and Amy got their projects out, functional Sonic Screwdrivers that worked in the same way as they did in Doctor Who. They had to wait because they were the last pair to show off their projects, Peter and Wanda had built an earpiece that turns into glasses and can tint the lenses to make them sunglasses.

When Y/N and Amy went to the front of the class most people laughed at them.

"They're just things you bought online." Flash said as Y/N sighed.

"What like you did with your girlfriend? how much was she, ten dollars?" Y/N responded as he showed off the screwdrivers capabilities to the class, using it to lock and unlock the stock cupboard, to turn the lights off and back on again, he used it to scan Ms Gates and saw that she was perfectly healthy and had nothing wrong with her.

"Okay, you'll all be given your grades for these at the end of the term but the top three are, Y/N and Amy, Peter and Wanda, Pietro and Rachel." Ms Gates said as Y/N looked over to Rachel, she was new, Pietro had seemingly a crush on her from the way he acted around her.

She had long brunette hair reaching just past her shoulders, she looked to be the same age as Pietro, though slightly younger by what Y/N would guess to be two months, she wore a purple leather jacket, a pink tank top, sky blue jeans and a pair of running shoes, around her neck was silver necklace, with a small heart on it, it was subtle and spotless, she obviously cleaned the necklace everyday meaning it must have had some importance and sentiment to it.

When class was dismissed for the day Y/N and Amy headed to the canteen to get something to eat while they waited for next lesson, while the rest of their friend went to the school library to catch up on the history project Y/N had finished the night it was handed out.

"You know I struggle to get over the fact you were born two days before Christmas, this is your first birthday with the Avengers isn't it?" Amy asked as Y/N nodded

"Yup, 23rd of December 17 years ago, well 16 years and 363 days ago, but let's not split hairs." Y/N said as Amy shook her head.

"Smartass." Amy said as Y/N chuckled.

"You know you love me for it." Y/N said as a dinner tray flew across the room and hit him in the head. A small trickle of blood went down the back of Y/Ns head as he used the table to climb to his feet.

Y/N looked over to the source of the tray to see Flash stood there, without a word Y/N kicked the tray up and while it was still rising into the air he kicked it at Flash, it hit Eugene on the face knocking him on his backside. He remembered Steve doing the same move on Strucker when they were rescuing Wanda and Pietro and retrieving Loki's scepter.

Flash go back up and ran at Y/N who slapped him across the face, knocking him to the floor.

"Piss off!" Y/N shouted as he slapped Flash.
