The time for the service came. I was all dressed in my new outfit and was on my way down to the chambers. I still felt really naked without my sabers on my belt.

Ventress would not let me taky my sabers with me. She said that I am just a really protective person, but I will be okay for 2-3 hours without a lightsaber. Besides, there were guards at every entrance. I still felt really nervous about leaving them in my room, but I didn't really have another choice.

I got a lot of envious looks during the service. And a lot of compliments. I don't really know how that made me feel, but it was bearable I guess.

The service felt like the longest time of my life. I cried a lot, but so did everyone else. There were a lot of former Republic Senators here as well. People from Onderon also came.

There was a large reception afterwards in the banquet hall. Food was laid out on a long table stretching across the entire back wall. Various groups of people sat at tables talking and snacking. I decided to grab some food and sit by myself in the back of the room. I didn't feel like talking to anyone.

I wasn't forced to talk to anyone until somone came over and sat at the same table as me. He looked kind of like Lux, actually, with the same sort of messy hair and posture. I sighed. So much for being antisocial.

"Um hello," I said, trying to make sure he was aware of my presence.

"Oh, hello," he started. "I'm Jaryn. Who might you be?" He asked.

"Oh, I'm Ahsoka," I said.

He put down his fork and looked at me. "No, really?" He asked. I was kind of startled, so I just nodded. He continued on. "I've heard all about you."

"Who from?"

"Lux, of course. I'm his older brother."
