Chapter 13

I sat on the couch for about an hour. loving, hating, and crying about bits and pieces of my life. I couldn't think of any word to describe it.
- find a word to describe winters life -

Here I was lucky enough to even have a home.

And I was proud of myself for working it out to get a home and a nice father. and pet.

I came out of my trance and realized I was the only one home.then wolf came in. almost the only person. I didn't know what to do. it was just me and him. we could play games. well.... I could play games. or we could play with his rope.

The doors jiggled a bit. I looked over there and wolf went over there. about to bark, I quietly ran over there and put my arm in his mouth. He backed up and went to another room. I looked out the peep hole and saw a girl. it was probably Rose or Crystal. I walked back to my room and sat. Minutes later I herd the door open and in came joey.

"We went to go get you a gift." he said smiling. "care to see what it is." I got up and followed him to his car. He opened the backdoor. And out came the cutest cat I ever saw. to be honest it was the first cat I had ever seen.

"What do you think." they both looked at me.

"Well, I've never seen a real life breathing cat before. I love it." I got closer to it and stared into its eyes. it had beautiful green eyes that just made me feel like I had to say yes. I picked it up and held it in my arms. I was going to name it Clataria.

"So what's her new name." they asked.

"Clataria." they looked at each other with a 'what?' Look on their faces.

"That actually a cool name."

"Thanks Tanner." I went inside and put Clataria down she was very light. almost like a feather. but heavier. I walked to my room and for my phone out and took a picture of her. I sat down on the couch loving my new cat.

The doorbell rang and Joey got up to get it. It was the same girl from earlier. she came inside and sat on the couch near me. Her bag starte moving around. she put her hands in and brought out... a cat? It looked as if it belonged in the wild. She looked familiar. I just don't know why.

"Tanner, Winter, this is Kalel. she is going to be living with us because... problems." Joey announced.

"Cool. Kalel your my favorite. I love your videos." I shouted happily. She looked at me with a happy smile on her face.

"And who are you."

"I'm Winter, Joeys kid."

"Joey I didn't know that you had kids. Or... a kid."

"Yea, I adopted her almost a year ago. and tomorrow is her birthday." I had completely forgotten that I had a birthday.

"Oh." she looked at me. "must be fun." she smiled.

"So what do you want to do first." Joey looked at Kalel.

"We should go to the mall." she smiled even more. I mean, I like the mall and all but I knew where she was going with this.

We where in a clothing store. just looking around, when I did something embarrassing. and I know I make a fool of myself on YouTube, but this was just realty embarrassing.

So I was walking around the store when I saw a really cute guy. he looked about my age. he was just walking around so I was going to get a better look of him. I walked into the isle he was in and walked past him. I bumped into him on accident but I also fell on a lady that was coming down the isle in the other side. and with my luck she had a drink. you should know where this is going.

I had chocolate shake or whatever on me and I had slipped. she was rude enough to to keep walking like she was Godzilla and I was just a building in her way. the boy walked over to me though. score!!!

He helped me up and showed me the bathroom to clean up. a little. I walked out with wet hair and a brown stained shirt. bad day to wear a light color. he waited on the outside of the bathroom for me. I have to admit, that's kinda creepy. he looked at me.

"Hey... um, are you ok."

"Yea. this is usual for me. ok not really. but I do jump in a pool with all my cloths on.... you didn't need to know that." I smiled awkwardly.

He looked at me for awhile. "So what's your name?"

"Winter, what about you?"

"Oh, I'm Brady."

"I like that name." I smiled.

"I like your name too."

"Thanks."

I told him what I watched on YouTube and he said he watched the same people. and he said he watches Joey too. this will be fun. he shared a little about ourselves and I told him I was adopted and asked him if he wanted to see who adopted me. he said sure so we went to find Joey.

"His names Joey. you should know him." I laughed. we turned the corner and he got excited.

"Look winter it's Joey graceffa!" He smiling.

"Winter there you Are." Joey said walking over to me.

"No way." Brady gasped.

"Yea. this is my Father." I said smiling.

We asked him if he wanted to come over to our house and he of corse said yes. I was excited to have another friend. 1 is good but 2 is better.
