Y/N Teller had been gone for a long time. When she finally comes home bruised and bloody the Club would have a hard time cracking her shell fully, well all but maybe one.

We finally made it to the compound and I heard Pepper sigh when we were pulling up to the front. I looked up from what I was doing with Morgan and could see Yelena and Jamie there but the smile I wore dropped as soon as my eyes fell on Steve. Chibbs noticed the change in me when I saw Steve and still had no clue what had happened, but could tell it wasn't good which made him angry. He didn't like when any of the kids of members of the club were messed with but the anger he felt rising that someone had hurt me was stronger than anything he had ever felt before. Pepper parked and we said our goodbyes to her and Morgan before getting out so they could head on to their next destination. Chibbs went to the trunk and started grabbing our things out and I was suddenly slammed into by yet again a blonde blur. Jamie walked past snickering about how caught off guard I was until he saw my eyes and could see where I was staring. Jamie knew after what happened last time, Steve wouldn't try anything again and surprisingly he sought Jamie out and had a long talk with him about what had happened. Jamie walked over to Chibbs and I could hear them talk as Yelena was trying to speak to me. I couldn't take my eyes off of Steve though, still so angry after our last encounter and the wound that was still healing from yesterday was still very raw. I knew he could see the anger in my eyes and I saw a mixture of guilt and fear mixed in his. Yelena finally let me go once Jamie and Chibbs had joined me and Pepper had pulled off. She bolted to go get the car as quick as she could, not wanting to force me to be in the position for long. Chibbs came up next to me just as Sharon joined Steve and he wrapped his arm around my waist and pulled me closer so he could whisper in my ear. "He ain't worth it Lass, lets go," I felt his breath fan out over my ear and a shiver went down my spine. He pulled me with him, shooting a glare to Steve as we started walking away and it didn't go missed by anyone that my face had turned beet red when he called me Lass. Everyone in that moment were ones who had super hearing, so they all heard what he said besides Sharon. Steve instantly huffed and crossed his arms, but not understanding why he was getting jealous. Jamie simply smirked as he walked past them and heard Sharon asking him what was wrong. Yelena raced back up to us in a car hurrying to get me out of there as quick as possible.
The drive there was filled with an uneasy silence before Jamie finally couldn't hold it in anymore. He turned to face me where I sat in the back with Chibbs and gave me a stern look. "Please don't start Jamie," I almost whispered, fighting to hold back the anger and pain I was feeling. He gave me a sad look, but decided this time he was going to stand his ground. "No, I said anything and you call, why didn't you call?" he asked and the hurt I could hear in his voice made my heart ache more. "I was fine Jamie, it wasn't Hydra, just some dumb ass racists that didn't realize who they were fucking with," I said going to stare back out the window. Instinctively he placed a hand on my knee but with me not being in the right head space, I couldn't hold back the flinch when he touched me. He said nothing about it as I slowly relaxed, letting my brain catch up to what was happening. "It doesn't have to be Hydra for me to care about what happens to you," he reminded me. That was something Steve did. The only time he would ever contact me or act worried is if Hydra was involved. I gave him a small smile and a single tear fell as I whispered sorry. Jamie nodded and turned back feeling satisfied that I understood what he was saying. Yelena looked at me with a small smile, noticing how Chibbs had moved closer and put an arm around me and she caught how I didn't flinch. "Интересно, как она не вздрагивает от него (Intersting how she doesn't flinch from him)," she said giving a look to Jamie. I looked at her questioningly but she didn't say anything more and just continued driving with a smirk on her face. Jamie silently chuckled and suddenly it clicked. I sat back and went to staring out the window again, trying to hide the blush that turned my face bright red. Chibbs didn't seem to notice the interaction as he was texting everyone that we were on the way to the airport and would be home by tonight. He snickered as he received a response back. "Your mother has demanded I let you know she would like to speak with you when we arrive," he said as he sent a response back. I groaned and let my head fall back, feeling it make contact with his arm. "Oh come on Lass, you have faced worse," he said trying to ease my mind. "I'd rather face an entire army of chitauri again, nope scratch that I'll take Ultron again, hmm maybe both," Jamie gave me a look like he was saying what is wrong with you. "She can't be that bad," he said disbelieving how my mother was. Yelena gave the same look agreeing with Jamie and it clicked in my head now why Natasha was so much like a mother figure to me too. "She's just like Natasha, Yel," I said raising an eyebrow to her giving her a knowing look. Her face changed in that moment and she knew what I meant. "Yeah I think I'm gonna have to side with my sister on this one, sorry," she said quickly turning her attention back to the road.
The rest of the ride back went smoother after that and felt more relaxed as I knew I would be home soon and a relief was spreading over me. I hated being anywhere near this city, but it was the easiest way to get to Pepper that would be the safest. Once we arrived at the airport, Jamie and Yelena walked with us all the way until we got to our gate, where boarding was just beginning. They both hugged me and said good bye to us and we made our way through the crowd of people to get on the plane. Once settled and in the air I could feel the exhaustion creeping up on me from the last few days. I was asleep before we were up in the air for long and didn't notice I had laid my head on Chibbs' shoulder. I didn't wake until I felt someone gently shaking me and I heard Chibbs whisper to me, "Lass wake up, we're here." I started sitting up and it finally hit me how I had been laying. I turned to face Chibbs who was now reaching up to grab our carry ons from the compartment. He looked down when he couldn't hear me moving and I instantly started blushing as I realized I had been staring at the spot where his shirt had lifted a little to show his skin. I quickly turned away and didn't see the look Chibbs had been giving me. We got off the plane in silence and made our way out of the airport. As we walked out the front doors I saw everyone but the prospects from the club were there. I stopped in my tracks, seeing everyone wearing a stern look and most with their arms crossed. Chibbs chuckled as he started heading to my mom's car. "C'mon girlie, time to face the music," he said as he walked closer to the guys. I saw Chibbs stop in front of Clay, Ma, and Jax, whispering something to them so I wouldn't hear. When he was done the anger in their faces were gone and they gave him a nod as he moved to put our stuff in the car. Clay motioned to everyone else and him, my ma, and Jax all started coming over to me. I braced myself for the lecture I was about to get when Ma finally jogged the rest of the way and wrapped me up in her arms. Clay and Jax got to us and both started rubbing my back soothingly as Ma held me tight, almost afraid to let me go. Once they let me go everyone got on their bikes and we got in the car. Ma was driving and Chibbs had sat in the back so I could sit up front. The drive stayed quiet and I knew whatever Chibbs had told them had bought me a reprieve. I was staring out the window when I felt a hand go on my shoulder. I looked back and saw Chibbs giving me a look before speaking, "I think you need to tell them Lass." I sighed and Ma gave me a confused look. "Tell us what?" she asked and deep down I knew he was right. I nodded and he sent a text to everyone that they would see when we got back to Teller-Morrow. Ma continued to watch me with side eyes, worried something had happened while I was away. Afraid that I would leave again and not come back this time.
Once we were parked I got out of the car, followed by Chibbs. We went to the trunk as everyone parked their bikes and checked their phones. All eyes fell on us as I grabbed things from the trunk and began taking it in. I ignored everyone though and they all slowly made their way into the clubhouse. Once I had come back from dropping off our stuff I went behind the bar and grabbed 2 bottles of tequila and a glass. "Church!" Clay yelled out and anyone who wasn't supposed to be there for that began to make their way out of the clubhouse. I sighed and felt a hand on the small of my back as the smell of Chibbs filled my nose. A wave of calmness spread over me as he led me to the room where everyone was. Everyone noticed how Chibbs sat me down in his seat and closed the door behind us. Everyone was looking at me and bracing themselves for whatever I was about to say. I opened one of the bottles and filled the glass to the rim before downing the whole thing in one go. I didn't even flinch from it and poured a second one the same way and doing the same thing. Chibbs placed a hand on my shoulder and I looked up at him and he leaned down to whisper something, knowing I would be the only one to hear him. I nodded at him and poured a third glass as he began explaining what he knew from Jamie, Yelena, and Pepper. I couldn't look at any of them when he began explaining about me being captured by Hydra and turned into an assassin. I still held a lot of guilt about that time even though I know I wasn't in control because of what Hydra did to me. I couldn't see everyone's faces as they reacted and I was scared to. Chibbs continued on explaining the last 6 or 7 years and everything that had happened when he and I went there. I was downing my 6th glass when a fist slammed on the table and I looked up to see Jax's eyes filled with anger. "Jax, don't, its being dealt with," I said shocking everyone. This was the first time any of them had heard me speak since the kidnapping. I downed another glass and got up to leave the room but was stopped by the sound of a chair flying back as someone stood. Jax walked over to me and I couldn't raise my head to look at him. He lifted my chin and made me meet his eyes. He softened when he could see fear in my eyes, but somehow he knew it wasn't fear of him necessarily. It was the fear of being rejected by the ones I called family. "Have I turned you away yet," he asked making me remember that he had already known most of this. I shook my head and he wrapped me in a hug and soon was joined by the entire club including Ma.
