Walang pagaalinlangan akong tumango. My daughter is my everything, and I'm willing to give my life in exchange of hers.

I got goosebumps when Marissa laugh. That voice... Is very familiar to me.

"Acting like a good mother huh... Like your mother."

Nanlaki ang mga mata ko sa pinaghalo halong emosyon. Her voice... Damn! Sana mali ako!
Naikuyom ko ang kamao ko nang unti unti niyang tanggalin, ang maskarang humaharang sa kanyang mukha.

My whole world falls apart, as  tears pour down from the bottom of my bleeding heart.

Why...? Out of all people... Why her..? I am so mad, but on top of that... I am badly hurt. The woman I trusted the most... Betrayed me.

"Tell me this isn't real... This is just a bad dream right..?"

I closed my eyes as I feel my heart breaks. I can't accept this! Hindi niya magagawa toh sakin!
She's my mother's best friend and my second mother for Pete's sake!

She laugh evily, that made me open my eyes to reality. She slowly walk towards me, with so much anger in her eyes.

Malakas na sigaw niya. I couldn't recognize her anymore... Her dark aura is different from the warm Mama Matilda that I knew.

"Why are you doing this Mama Matilda...?"

Nanghihinang tanong ko. I can't believe that this is happening!

She chuckled without humor.

Nanginig ang buong pagkatao ko sa galit, at akmang susugudin siya ng mahawakan ako ng mga tauhan niya.

"Napakasama mo! Demonyo ka!"

Naiiyak sa galit na sigaw ko.

"Be careful with your words Hailey, remember... Your daughter's life is in my hands."

Tumahimik ako para sa kaligtasan ng anak ko.

"Good girl."

She said in a teasing manner. I badly want to kill her!

"Tutal mamatay ka din naman, I will show you what I did to your mother 4 years ago..."

Tuloy tuloy ang pagdaloy ng luha saking mukha, nang maalala ang itsura ni Mama, nung naabutan ko siya pagkauwi ko ng eskwela, na nakatahi ang dila.

I mentally cursed the monster in front of me, who killed my mother. Sinenyasan niya ang kanyang tauhan, para iplay ang isang video.

Hindi ko alam na may idudurog pa pala ang puso ko, nang makita ko kung ano ang ginawa nila sa nanay ko. Naikuyom ko ang kamao ko sa sobrang galit.

Walang awa nila itong tinali at binaboy. My mother... My poor mother is begging for help while those men are having fun, raping her while hurting her brutally!

I close my eyes, hindi ko na kayang makita ang kahayupang ginawa nila.

"Don't close your eyes Hailey, wala pa tayo sa exciting part."

Marissa said with an evil smirk. Tumalim ang titig ko sa kanya.  She's crazy! What she did is f*cking inhumane and yet... She's having so much fun! Hindi man lang siya nakonsensya sa ginawa niya! Walang bahid ng pagsisisi!

My heart breaks even more, as I watch how Marissa herself sew my mother's tounge. I burst into tears. My poor mother suffered in her hands!

She proudly said, na nasundan ng malademonyong tawa. 

"Oh God... What did my mother do... To deserve all of this..?"

Nanghihina bulong ko habang wala sa sariling, nakatingin sa madilim na kalangitan.

"You still don't understand don't you! Inagaw niya ang lahat sa akin! Hindi kami maghihiwalay ni Alexander kung hindi siya nakilala ng asawa ko, at hindi nagbunga ang kalandian niya!"

Galit niyang sigaw habang umiiling ako.

"That's not true! Hindi malandi ang nanay ko!"

She scoffed as I defended my mother.

"She's a f*cking bold star!"

"Don't you dare use her past to define her!"

Nanggagalaiti kong tugon habang nagpupumiglas sa mga nakahawak sakin

"Your mother is f*cking slut! A home wrecker like her deserves to di-"

I slap her hard that made her stop. Sasampalin ko pa sana siya nang muli akong mahawakan ng mga tauhan niya, na nasundan ng malakas na paghampas mula kay Marissa na nagpaluhod sa akin.

"How dare you slap me after everything I did for you, for the past 2 years!"

Anong ibig niyang sabihin..?

Kumunot ang noo ko dahil sa pagkalito.

"What do you mea-"

"Matilda, my stupid twin died a long time ago, for helping your mother escape hell Hailey. I killed her. Guess who's with you for 2 years..?"

Naestatwa ako sa tanong niya.

She confirmed my thoughts with a nod.

"Yes Hailey. I pretend as Matilda to gain your trust, to help you heal from your past, just to break you even more."

Hindi nako makahinga sa mga pinagsasabi niya.

"Everything is planned Hailey, including the car accident that day when you met me. Your so stupid for believing in every words I've said..."

Dagdag niya kasabay ng malademonyong tawa. Hindi ako makapaniwala sa mga narirnig ko, all this time... My mother's killer is with me..? I didn't even notice it! The worst is... I even loved and trusted her!

"And you know what's funny Hailey..? You don't have any idea that your living with the devil. You even let me take care of your daughter, and look after her!"

Sumikip pa lalo ang dibdib ko, It's so hard to process and accept everything. Hindi dapat ako naniwala agad! Hindi ko dapat siya pinagkatiwalaan! Hindi sana malalagay ang buhay namin ng anak ko sa peligro. Indeed, you shouldn't trust someone easily, even if that person shows you, so much kindness, because you'll never know what will happen next.
