I IGNORE THE STARES IM GETTING FROM THE VILLAGERS AS I WALK WITH GENYA LOOKING AROUND IN WONDER. I spot a man walking towards us with his horse holding its leash. We make eye contact and I offer him a smile only to receive a fear look flash across his face making him pull his horse by its leash closer to him. A hurt look flashes across my face and I watch as he walks pass us.
I glance at Genya who looks at me in pity and give her a tight-lipped smile silently telling her I was fine and no need to worry about me. She doesn't seem so convinced but still gave me a smile anyway.
"Follow me, there's somewhere I wanna show you."She holds her hand out to me. I eye her hand before taking hers in mine letting her lead the way. After a bit of walking we crossed over a bridge that led to another village making me wonder where she was taking me.
"Where are we going?"I ask curiously. Genya glances at me before looking straight ahead still dragging pulling me with her.
She squeezes my hand a bit. "I want to show you this place where I like to hang out whenever i needed to refresh my mind, it's a little walk outside the village. And than I'll show you around the village."she answers looking straight ahead not even glancing at me. I nod my head slowly suddenly feeling exited about this 'place' Genya is taking me.
About a few minutes later we have made it to the place where Genya was talking about which was a meadow.
It was breathtaking, the flowers looked fresh. There was Lavenders, Clematis, hollyhock, hydrangea, impatiens, and roses. My favorite flower.
There was a huge smile on my face as I look around admiring all the different flowers. This looked like a nice place to play tag. The sun was hitting against our skin as it was getting ready to set.
I turn to Genya who had quickly turn her head away. "This is beautiful, Genya."I awe and she turns her head back to me with a small smile.
"Well, I'm glad I took you with. I find it quite fun here, actually. You can hang out with your friends and pick flowers."She tells me. I walk towards her with a smirk and she raise an eyebrow at me. I look at her innocently and tilt my head.
"You wanna know something that would be fun?"I ask her and she frowns shaking her head slowly. I smirk. "Playing the game of—TAG."I shout tagging her shoulder before running away.
Genya widens her eyes. "Hey! That's not fair!"She shouts going to chase after me. I only let out a giggle trying to get away from her.
