He decided to shave his beard that day.

Sari woke up about three days ago and now, she's spending time with her friends. They had to switch everyday because of the current pandemic. She's only allowed one company everyday

Just when he was about to finish shaving, Shane's face popped up in his mirror.

"You look clean now." she looked irritated.

"What's wrong with you?"

"These cramps are getting worst and worst."

"Well, that's what you get for switching sides again."

"How dare you!" she slapped his shoulders playfully.

He chuckled and got back into his bedroom.

"Bakit ka nga pala nandito?"

"I'm just here to report to you that we have successfully deployed everyone back home."

While Sari was in the hospital, there was a moment when the government were no linger setting that much restrictions.

So they have decided to take the next best route.

"That's good to know. Everyone is now set?"

"Yes. Including their internet allowances."

"Good."

"Anything else you need me to do?"

"I need a rest house. The nearest to Sari's house that you could find."

"Why?"

"Because I want to be as near to her as I could be."

"You're such a stalker. Do you know that?"

"I know. But I need you to work on it."

"That's funny because I happen to know that the house next to hers has been on sale for a very long time now."

Napalingon siya kay Shane.

"How did you know that?"

"Dash and I go there every now and then."

"For what?"

"To check on the house and to water her plants. Honestly, her garden is amazing. It's therapeutic. It helps a lot in making this fetus inside me steady down."

"You know that your baby can hear you right?"

"Of course I know. She's going to be as brutal as me."

"We'll that's healthy."

"So do you want to take it?"

"Let me see the place."

"You millionaires can just do whatever you want. I hate it."

"Teka lang, bakit parang galit ka sa akin?"

"It's the hormones Austin. Do you know that I'm starting to nest now?"

"Nest?"

"Yes. Apparently, women starts nesting when the baby is about to come out. I assembled a freaking crib on my own just so I could get the satisfaction of getting it done. And when it was done, I wanted to do more so I cleaned every inch of his house even when I didn't have to. I didn't know pregnancy could get this crazy. This is impossible."

"You're doing a good job so far. And I think your baby is going to come out just as stubborn as you are so you have to be prepared for that."

"It will be the father's problem."
