I've never been so eager writing a song until now that I had the willingness to do so.
I was sitting on the couch with the guitar in my hand. It's already eight in the evening and I'm currently here at Clyde's house after Matt and Grey invited me.
As they'd promised me, they've been teaching me about writing. They share some insights how they came up with a song in just a one day. It was helpful, actually. But also a little stressful. I mean, I just can't keep up with them that easily. I can't even come up with just a single song that would make Rafa sing, which makes it a lot more harder than it is already.
"How do you write a song about love?" I asked all of sudden as I stare into the ceiling as if something's interesting going on in there.
"You wanted to write one?" I bring my eyes to Clyde who was sitting on the couch across me.
"Yeah. But I really don't know how."
"Well, usually you get inspirations from your own experience or maybe everything that you see around you. Love songs are more likely about your feelings." He said which makes me let go of a heavy breath.
"That's get even more complicated." I said as I sit up. "I have zero idea about love or being in love, which probably the reason why I always feel like my songs kinda lacking of something most of the time."
Clyde chuckled softly. "It's always a process. You sure would get to it."
I sighed. "Hopefully."
It was true. I think I could write different songs but, love songs are just one that can't be confident with. I always feel like I'm lacking for something. That's probably why Rafa didn't feel like my songs were about it.
After a while, we hear footsteps coming. We didn't have to wonder who it was when we heard Gray and Matt, who just got back with a box of pizza.
"Did I just hear someones asking about love? The experts just arrived." Intoned Gray as he settled next to me.
I wasn't surprised how he's talking big about it, I'm more surprised how he's able to hear our conversation.
"I can't even call you love expert." I told him and his brow arched.
"What's that suppose to mean? You're talking to one of the hottest guy on earth. This face could pull anyone you know."
"We're not talking about faces here, Grayson. You're not a love expert and that's it."
"Oh come on. What do you even know about love?" I stare at him for few seconds before I roll my eyes.
"Whatever." A smirk flashed across his lips which shows a clear sign of success. And when I looked over at Clyde and Matt was the only time I realize they were watching us the whole time and now, they're laughing at us.
It feels different being around people you never thought you would get along with. They're famous. That's one thing that would always reminds me everytime I'm around them. They had a lot of fans, and the authority. But they didn't make me feel that way. They're light to be with which is one thing I like about them. They may be annoying sometimes but they're really nice.
Maybe if I still don't know them I wouldn't think they were really famous. Not only they're willing to help me but most especially they're willing to do everything for their friend even in the most desperate way. No wonder why a lot of people loves them so much.
After not too long, I decided to go home as it is already getting late. Matt even offered me for a ride but I declined. It's just a few blocks away from here and I don't want to bother him.
