*Sophie's POV*

It was the day after our encounter with SunJung and my hand was killing, I know it was my own fault for punching that wall but if I hadnt have done that I may have hit one of the guys, and I could never deal with the guilt. DongWoon's doctor, Dr. Chu had bound it in a plaster for me and perscribed me some stupidly stonr pain killers. And while I was on cloud nine after I'd taken one the guys would record me, one of the best things I had said so far had to be when they were talking about how I slept like a rock, and this is an actual quote of what I said, "Bitch please, I slept through the comet that killed the unicorns." It was so embarrassing and the guys laughed at me so much.

It was half 8 in the evening and I was, once again, sat at DongWoon's bedside. The guys had just left to go get some food from the hospital canteen because they hadn't eaten yet. It was all quiet except for the machine hooked up to DongWoon. It was painful watching over him night and day to see nothing change. My eyes stung from the tears I was always trying to hold back. I didn't want to cry out of sorrow anymore, all I wanted was to have him back to the was he was a week ago: awake.

"DongWoon," I whispered and stroked his hair. "DongWoon, I need you to wake up." I sat and waited for the miracle that maybe he would reply, but he didn't make a sound. I cried against his warm hand and eventually fell asleep.

When I woke up I could hear the fans and reporters screaming through the window. I looked at my clock, it was nearly nine so I had only been asleep about 15 minutes.

"Hey," I turned around to see HyunSeung stood smiling down at me. "I think you could use this." HyunSeung handed me a cup of fresh coffee.

"Where are the others?" I wiped the sleep from my eyes and took the drink gratefully, smiling a thank you.

"Still getting their dinner, I just though I'd bring you a hot drink before I got my food."

"Thanks oppa." I took a sip and it soothed my dry aching throat. "It looks like your English lessons are paying off."

He smiled and nodded. "Thanks to you. I'm gonna head back now." He hugged me and walked out of the room shutting the door behind him, leaving me alone with DongWoon once again.

While I waited and waited I held DongWoon's hand and whispered to him. I begged him to wake up. If he could just open his eyes or move his hand, that would be enough to let me know he was going to be okay. "Please," I breathed and placed the side if my head to his chest so I could hear his heart beating; so I could remind myself that he was still alive.

I could hear that the guys had just arrived outside and that they were still trying to figure out what they would say to their fans.

"Ugh-" My head flew away from DongWoon's chest and I rocketed off the chair, my heart in my mouth.

"DongWoon?!" I gasped and fell back into the chair grasping his hand tightly.

His eyes opened slowly and tears of joy filled mine. "Ugh, my head," he groaned in Korean. He turned his head and when he saw me he smiled and spoke in English. "Hey kiddo." He grinned and moved his hand away from my grip to hold my cheek and he wiped a tear away. I was just about to call the others in but DongWoon shook his head and shushed me. "Don't, not yet," he croaked.

"They need to know." I shuffled the chair closer to his side and I played with his fingers. His hand wrapped around mine and my heart skipped. 'You've been in a coma for four days, and you expect me to wait longer to tell them?"

"I do." He smiled. His voice was drained and soar. "You haven't left my side." I looked at him and was just about to ask how he knew that but he answered me before I could open my mouth. "I could still hear everything." He coughed. "I could hear you singing, I could hear you crying. I could even hear you when you were talking in your sleep. I also heard the confrontation with SunJung." My pulse raced at the mention of her name. He held my cheek with his hand and caressed my delicate skin with his thumb. "You've got guts."

"I've got guts?" I spoke quickly. "You jumped in front of a knife for me and you're saying I'm gutsy?"

"It was actually a large shard of glass." He corrected and I scowled at him. "You saved us, god knows what she would have done if you hadn't gotten there when you did."

I shook my head and spoke quietly to ensure the others didn't hear. "All of that means nothing compared to what you did. You could have died saving me."

He pulled me closer to him and whispered. "You're worth it." My heart thumped in my chest and my hands became clammy. A tear rolled down my cheek and before I could say or do anything DongWoon's lips crashed against mine. The tear rolled to our lips and I could taste the salt. He pulled away and mumbled. "That's for not leaving me."

I decided it was time so I turned to face the door and yelled, excitement running through my veins. "Guys!"

The door blew open, smashing agains the wall it was attached to and they burst into the room, panting slightly. "What's happened?!" DooJoon yelled his tone full of worry.

"Is DongWoon okay?!" JunHyung added. DongWoon moved at my side and I helped his sit up.

"I'm fine, thanks for worrying," the maknae laughed but soon started to cough violently. I patted his back gently and the others yelped in joy and ran over to us.

"When did he wake up?" Yoseob asked me as he bounced up and down happily.

"Just now."

"You son of a bitch," JunHyung cursed jokingly. "You had us all half scared to death." He hugged his ill mate and tapped his back.

"Only half?" DongWoon joked and smacked JunHyung's back in return.

"Isn't that enough?" HyunSeung said shaking his head. "We need to tell the doctor." He pressed the buzzer that would alert doctor Chu that we needed his assistance and a few minutes later he walked through the door and stopped dead when he saw DongWoon sat up.

"Master Son, how long have you been awake?"

"We buzzed you as soon as we found out," Gikwang answered.

"Okay." The doctor checked over DongWoon, nodding occasionally. "Miraculous," he breathed. "Everything is perfectly fine. We're going to need you to stay in a little longer so we can ensure everything is stable but you should be discharged in 42 hours if everything runs smoothly." We bowed and once he had left we all celebrated.

DongWoon looked at me, smiling and I started to blush. "I'm awake now, so you get your ass home and get some sleep."

"I can't go home, May had been calling and texting none stop asking me where I am. She's been really worried and if I go home I'll just get an earful and will never get any rest."

"Stay at ours then, nobody will bother you there," HyunSeung suggested. "You have two days to catch up on sleep. You need rest."

"HyunSeung is right," DongWoon agreed. "You've done your bit."

"I'll drive you," JunHyung offered pulling out his car keys. "I'm not comfortable with you driving after having so little sleep." I was too tired to argue with him so I just agreed and followed his after saying my goodbyes.
