*DongWoon's POV*
It was now last period and we had English. Me and Soph were sat in our seats at the back of the class happily chatting away. I couldn't wait to tell her the news! "Hey, Sophie." She looked at me. "I got a text off DooJoon during third period and he told me to ask you if you wanted to come round again... With his approval this time."
Her mouth dropped open. "Are you being serious?" She gasped and I nodded. "Of course, I'd love to come round again!" She yelled happily, but then slapped her hand over her mouth. "Oops, I said that louder than I intended."
I laughed at her and pulled out my phone and sent DooJoon hyung a text message saying that she'll come, and I got a reply back a few minutes later saying, <Awesome>. I looked at Sophie to see she was concentrating intently, but on what?
"Okay, that's enough!" She yelled in Japanese, standing up and slamming her fists on the desk. I jumped out of my skin, my heart skipping several beats. Luckily, I knew a little Japanese, but what I wanted to know was who she was yelling at. But I didn't really need to ask because the person she was targeting spoke.
"Or else what?" SunJung sneered in Japanese at Sophie.
"I'll finally follow through with my threats and actually break your arm!" Sophie moved out from behind our desk to stand in the aisle, facing SunJung who was still sat down. "I've had enough of your shit. All you've done since our first day is look down at me. You have taken the piss out of my for the last time."
SunJung stood up and moved to stand a few meters in front of Sophie, keeping her distance. She scoffed, "I've done nothing to you," she lied and acted innocent.
"You lying bitch!" Sophie moved forward and the entire class tended up, including myself. I knew what Sophie was like when she was mad and it wouldn't end well for SunJung. "You've been calling me either an alien or an outsider. You've stole my phone for no reason other than you're just a bitch and you have tried to hit me twice, and failed both times, may I add. Yet you still don't learn." Sophie's entire body became ridgid, quivering with rage and her hands balled up into tight fists, her knuckles turning white. "But I can deal with all that, what I hate the most is you sold DongWoon and his band mates privacy, just for a bit of cash. Couldn't you have just batted your eyelashes at daddy?"
SunJung's face scrunched up an her arms flew into the air. "Why do you care?! You don't have a say." SunJung folded her arms across her chest and I could see Sophie was doing her best not to hit her. "Just piss off back to your own country!"
Sophie's entire body shook with fury. "That is it!" Sophie lurched forward, arms out stretched and grabbed SunJung around the waist, tackling her violently to the hard, cold floor. SunJung screamed and the whole class jolted to their feet gasping in shock. I got to my feet quickly, knocking the chairs out of the way to get to Sophie, but I wasn't quick enough. Sophie's arm pulled back, her hand scrunched into a fist, her other hand grasping her victims collar tightly. Her arm swung forward and her knuckles made contact, crashing into SunJung's face. She repeated it again, this time hitting her nose. There was a loud, discouraging crack and blood spurted all over the floor. SunJung's screams filled the room. I grabbed Sophie around the waist and yanked her away before she could punch her a third time.
"Sophie, stop it!" I pleaded, spinning her around to face me.
"Get me out of here."
I grabbed her bag and threw it to her then got my own. I grabbed her hand and towed her out of the room, the eyes of our class mates following us all the way to the door. We sprinted out of the main doors and headed for my car. I pulled my key out, unlocking it and got into the drivers side, Sophie jumping into the passenger seat. I took our bags and threw them in the back seat and started the engine. I whirled the car round and quickly drove out of the car park and towards my house. I kept giving Sophie quick glances to see she was rubbing her knuckles.
"I know you're mad, so go ahead and yell at me. I'd rather you got it out of your system now." She hung her head.
I looked at her, flooded with pride. "Mad? I'm not mad." I paused and she looked at me with surprised eyes. "I've wanted to punch her since I was six years old. I'm just glad you did it before I did."
"Why!" She turned in her seat to face me.
"Her dad is my dad's boss, and I wouldn't want him to take it out on him." I couldn't hold it any longer, I opened my mouth and laughed. Hard! That's enough to keep me smiling like for the next few months. "Why did you hit her anyway?" I asked turning the stereo on and turning it down so it was background noise.
"She was being racist. Her telling me to go home to my own country is the equivalent of me calling her a 'chincky'." I shivered. "It's not nice is it? I've always hated racists." She had a valid point, it wasn't very nice at all.
"Hey, at least we got out of English," I said nudging her with my elbow. She giggled and looked out the window. I turned the car up the stupidly long drive that lead to our house. I pulled up in front of the house and turned off the engine, jumped out and grabbed our bags out of the back seats. I skipped up the path to the front door, Sophie following me, and struggled with the lock, finally managing to open the door. I stepped through the threshold and Sophie shut the door. "Hyungs, were back!" I yelled and my voice echoed off the walls.
"You're home early," JunHyung said walking out of the kitchen holding a half eaten apple. The rest of the members appeared and gathered around us.
"Thank Sophie, it was her doing." I dumped our bags in the corner near the coat hooks and smiled at my house mates.
They all looked at Sophie and their eyes popped out of their skulls. "Sophie!" Yoseob called. "What on earth happened to you?!" What was he talking about, there was nothing wrong with her. I looked at her and noticed what my band members were asking about. I hadn't noticed it before because we were in such a rush, but Sophie's white top had been turned red, SunJung's blood was splattered all over the front.
"I was just about to tell you guys," I certified. "Sophie got into a fight, that's why we're home early." They all stared at us, their focus switching from Sophie to me and then back to her.
"What?!" Gikwang bellowed. "With who?"
"SunJung," Sophie replied, looking ashamed with herself. She was twiddling with her fingers and looking down at the floor. To both of our surprise they all cheered and praised her; even DooJoon applauded.
HyunSeung hugged her. "How did it happen?" He interrogated.
"She was talking about me so jut lost control and screamed at her. She got all gobby so I hit her."
Yoseob stepped forward and held her shirt. "What did you do to her, this is an awful lot of blood." He smirked, a chuckle emoting from deep in his throat.
"I punched her two times in the face." They all laughed.
I added, "she broke her nose."
Sophie looked at me. "We don't know that yet."
"I heard it crack...trust me, you broke it." Everybody patted her on the back gently and high-fived her.
Gikwang stood in front of her and wrapped his arms around her shoulders. "Congratulations, you are now officially one of my best friends." Sophie's eyes bulged and she blushed. I couldn't understand why there was a small pang of envy deep in my gut.
"Come on now guys, we've got to prepare our dinner." DooJoon orders. He looked at Sophie and smiled. "Is lasagna okay with you?"
She nodded and walked over to stand in front of him. "That's fine." She paused and looked at her hands. "But my I ask, out of all the girls on this planet, why invite me back? Make another girls dream come true."
DooJoon's lips set into a half smile. "First things first, I can trust you." He stopped and bent down to whisper in he ear. "And that lot kept bugging me to let you." He straightened up again and smiled bigger. "I don't know what you've done, or how you've done it, but you've got them in the palm of your hand. Especially Yoseob-shi." Sophie turned around to look at the others, who all jerked and acted like they weren't just listening in. "Anyway," DooJoon clapped his hands and rubbed them together. "Let's cook."
