I watched the movie and was intrigued by what Miles-42 could be. I read a few book and thought to make my own. The message that ITSV and ATSV hit home for me. Anyone can wear the mask. I believe that we all have the tendency to nitpick the parts of our lives that aren't satisfying. Sometimes believing that life is supposed to go a certain direction. Life has no guidebook. Make your own rules like Miles Morales does.
I wrote this book not only for entertainment and imagination, but to convey a message. Know that we all have free will and If you want to change your life, you can. If there is something that you feel is holding you back, you can uproot yourself and try again. Always. Don't allow the past to define you, let the present do that.
Don't be afraid.
Regret the things you did rather than the things you didn't.
Have standards and boundaries, and those around you will respect you.
If no one supports you, you can support yourself.
Mistakes are a part of life, that why you learn to forgive others and yourself.
I won't keep going, but writing is a cathartic experience for me. That's what this book is about. Living through characters to gain an experience. I didn't want to write just for shits and giggles. I hope you found something in this book that helped you. Again, I'm thankful that you tuned into this book.
