Chapter 5: I forgor

3rd person's PoV:

A little while later, after Noel caught Dante and Kobo red-handed, they can be seen taking a buss ride back home.

The two sat next to each other while Kobo is playing Cuphead on Dante's lap, as the two avoided eye contact for some reason.

"So... Why did you join?" Noel was the first to break the ice, as her question made Dante question himself.

"I don't know, I just think that this would be a good opportunity to pursue a passion I had for a While..." Dante respond, while he does have a passion for singing, he doesn't know why he trusted Yagoo since he is but a stranger to him when they first met.

"I guess I can't blame you though..." Noel rest her head on Dante Shoulders.

As the two wait for the bus to drop them off to their destination, a familiar face entered the vehicle mid way through.

"Oh? Noel-senpai?" A brown haired girl with two strips of black and white hair called out to Noel.

"Hm?" Noel looked over to her left to see one of her Kouhais.

"Eh? What are you doing here?" Noel asked the brown haired Girl.

"Oh, I was just running some errands and... Is that Kobo? And who's that? Your boyfriend?" The brown haired girl asked, jokingly at the last part.

"Nope! He's my roommate!" Noel said with a smile while clinging onto him.

"Sup?" Dante greeted.

"Oh my god, they're roommates..." the brown haired girl said.

"Hello Mumei-Senpaiii!" Kobo waved at the woman, who has been dubbed as Mumei, after she died in a boss.

"Hi Kobo!" Mumei waved back.

"These people have balls to be raising their voice in a public place..." Dante awkwardly gazed upon the Moomers and immediately recognize the beauty within her twisted soul.

"So... What's your name?" Mumei asked the blood haired knight.

"Hm? Oh, it's Dante." Dante then shook her hands.

"It's nice to meet you Dante, I'm sure that Gura might like you." Mumei Jokingly said.

"I suppose." Dante smiled at the Moomer.

"By the way, have you perhaps lost a sword?" Mumei suddenly asked.

"Huh?" Dante looked at her Confused.

"Nothing, That was a weird thing to ask...." Mumei said.

"Hmm... I did lost a family heirloom..." Dante said, which caught Mumei's attention.

"What did you lost?" Mumei asked.

"It was a gift from my father, A blade that he named 'Vendetta'." Dante said which intrigued Mumei.

"Huh? You haven't told me about this blade before." Noel said.

"I didn't think it would be necessary." Dante told her.

"I... Can see your point." Noel said.

"So Dante... Have you ever fought against a council member before?" Mumei asked.

"What the fuck is that?" Dante asked.

"A council member is... Well, I guess you can say that they're peace keepers and brings balance to the universe." Mumei said before adding another detail.
