After being dropped off Y/n couldn't help but he surprised.
The two were at a small little beach, one she didn't even know existed in the area.

Just how long had the seven been planning out today?
"C'mon, there's a spot closer to the water where we can sit. I brought a blanket!" Jungkook quickly showed Y/n a thin blanket as the two walked closer to the waters edge.

It was low tide which helped, and Y/n couldn't help but be distracted by the peacefulness once she sat down.
She couldn't remember the last time she'd been to the beach.

Before she could even start talked, Jungkook pulled out a spare change of clothing from his bag and handed them to her.

"I brought you a different shirt and some comfy pants, Hobi hyung told me what he'd planned and I wasn't sure if you'd be too comfortable in sweaty dance clothes after.." He scratched the back of his head a little.

Namjoon and Jin had encouraged the idea, but he still felt a bit of shyness creep up on him when Y/ns wide eyes were starring straight at him.

She smiled. Thankful. "That's actually a great idea, I'll go change in the bathroom over there and be right back! Thanks Kook."

She gracefully picked them up and hurried left. The time with everyone else always seemed to end too soon, so instead of paying any attention to what she was given, Y/n decided it was best to change as quick as possible so she could go back to Jungkook to spend time together.

"So what made you pick the beach?" Y/n asked. The two sitting beside each other with their legs stretched out.

"At first I didn't know what to do. So once we figured out the order of who'd spend time with you I Ask Hobi hyung what he planned." Y/n nodded at him in understanding.

"Ah ok, so when he said he was taking me dancing?" Jungkook chuckled at her.

He nodded, "I thought it'd be a nice break before the last two and it'd be nice to just talk. I feel like we haven't really done that alone before."

Y/n sighed to herself, glancing up at the sky.

It really was a perfect day, albeit a little cold at the moment.
"Can I tell you something?" Y/n glanced to Jungkook, only to realize he hadn't taken his eyes off of her for a moment.
He nodded, a small content smile on his lips.

"When I had to tell you guys about those documents I wished I'd been sitting by you."

Jungkook paused, slightly confused.
That seemed like so long ago, why would she even want that? He doesn't remember how close they'd even been at that point...

He raised a brow in question, edging her to continue.

"I felt comfortable with you and Jin first, like you two were the first ones to really give me a chance and trust me to open up... it meant- it still means.. a lot."

Jungkook smiled, his hand clasping over Y/ns as the two sat.
The warmth spreading to her cheeks while she turned to look towards the sea.

"I had no idea.. but I'm glad." He sighed, following her gaze.

"I grew up at O.H.A and it sucked." He started.

"A lot of bad shit.. lot of experiments, creeps. Basically anything you could imagine, and it happened."
He never really talked about these things before.

"When I met the guys, when I met Aera, that was all I wanted. Just to be wanted. To have people who cared and looked out for me." He chuckled, somewhat bitterly to himself.
