"Y/n open your door." Jimin knocked a few times and waited as the others stood a little further behind him, unsure what was happening.
"She said she'd be out for dinner, shouldn't we give her some time to-" The look in Jimins eye was quick to quiet Jungkook.
It wasn't a look he'd seen often, but he knew it well enough to see how much emotion was pent up behind Jimins eyes and knew better than to be the one to cut it all loose."Need something?" Y/n tiredly asked, opening up the door and leaning on the door frame with her arms crossed.
She looked tired, maybe slightly taken back as well."Yeah, get in the living room so you can read over our files." He didn't wait for anyones reaction.
Jimin was quick to turn on his heel and head to Namjoons room to grab the stack of papers, while he gestured for the others to go to the couch.
He was too quick for anyone to protest or put up a fight.
Y/n scrambled to follow the other six as they all took a seat on the couch. She was taken aback by Jimins strict tone, and more by the absence of any objections.
She peaked a glance at Namjoon, who sat beside Taehyung and then Hoseok on the opposite couch, facing her Yoongi and Jin.
He sent her a shaky smile and mouthed a quick ' you're okay '. Which did wonders in calming her down.
Fear was the only emotion Jungkook felt standing against the wall, behind Taehyung. Fear that once Y/n finished reading those papers, they were as good as gone. She'd pack them into the car, revoke the adoption and leave them to Aera.
"Alright who's first?" Jimin asked, handing each their own files. Holding his close to himself he leaned on the back wall alongside Jungkook, sensing the anxiety radiating off the bunny.
Hoseok shrugged. "I'm pretty sure Y/n already knows the most about my past.. so I'll go first if that's alright with everyone."
He felt anxious of course, but he knew Namjoon would volunteer in a second to go first and he could tell how scared he was.
Although he looked calm to Y/n, his hands were shaking on his lap. So much so that he moved them quickly to hold onto each other as his ears moved in all directions.
It'd do Namjoon some good to calm down before having to open up a bit. Once he saw Hoseok do it, and Y/n not become angry he'd be fine.
Hoseok had faith Y/n wouldn't react badly to him.His biggest secret was where he disappeared to from BigHit, and Y/n already knew it.
"Alright, to start.. I guess I'll go over my previous homes and why I ended back at BigHit." Hoseok started, taking a deep breath as he handed his file over to Y/n to read along as he explained.
"I was born at BigHit, it tends to happen often to common hybrid types like me who end up in adoption centres. Coyote hybrids aren't very sought after from people."
Y/n nodded, reading over his sheet quickly before putting it on her lap, and looking up at Hoseok as he explained.
"I was actually pretty lucky, I was adopted at thirteen alongside Yoongi. We hadn't been the closest at the time but we were friendly with eachother. I was pretty excited honestly.."
A sad look took over Hoseoks features, and Y/n felt Yoongi stiffen from beside her.
"Safe to say, he was a bastard. We both didn't have the best time... it's still a little hard to talk about if I'm honest.." Hoseok smiled, laughing a bit and brushing the trauma off.
