We woke up extra early that morning. I'm not even sure if we really even slept. Theo was sat straight up in his bed, eyes completely blown.

"Well be okay, Theo" I nodded at him. I got no response.

We all took a moment, and just stared at each other. We needed a plan that guaranteed our safety, as many peoples safeties as we could.

These boys appeared mean, with an I don't give a fuck attitude, like they only cared about themselves. Heartless even. The truth is, they didn't want anyone to die. Let alone themselves. They were broken molds, following their fathers footsteps, trying to navigate the world and fine their own opinions. One thing they new for sure is, they didn't want anyone to die.

No one left the room for meals, one by one each of the boys joined us in this tiny dorm room. All silent. All plotting.

The sun was beginning to set now. And we all felt the tenseness enter the room.

They didn't know how, or exactly when he could come, just that it would be after nightfall.

"I need to go change into clothes that actually fit me, I need to be ready." I mumbled to Mattheo. He walked me to his door.

"Pack a bag for after, were leaving this shit whole straight away. Pack light, but pack. Come straight back here after." He landed a long, very soft kiss on my lips.

I leaned into it. I knew he needed it, he knew I did. "I love you Mattheo, i'll be right back." I said, releasing his hand.

"You better be, Malfoy." He watched me walk down the stairs.

I was nervous. Nervous might have actually been an understatement. I was terrified. I ran into my room, grabbed the smallest bag I had and started throwing in all my essentials. Just enough to live.

Lastly, I placed the tiny box with the key in it on the very top, and zipped the bag.

That was the one thought I decided I was going to hold onto during all of this. That in the end, ill be far away from here with him. Just us.

I grabbed the bag, and left my room.

The castle was quite, almost too quite. I made sure to check on my surroundings as I was walking back to his dorm. It wasn't a long walk, just down the stairs, across the common room and back up. I could do this.

As I reached the common room, it was completely empty, which was highly unusual for this time. I had my hand up my sleeve, and my guard up.

His stairs were in my sight, all I had to do was make it there, and I knew they could hear me if I needed.

I was nearly halfway there, when I heard her voice from behind me.

"Going somewhere, my niece?" I stopped dead in my tracks. I slowly turned to face her. My overnight bag didn't make this look any better.

"No." I said sternly.

She gave me the look, the look you give someone when you know their lying.

"Its my bag of clothes I keep in Mattheos room. I needed to swap them for new ones." I tried to casually brush it off.

"You take me as a fool!" She shouted.

I couldn't help but flinch.

"You aren't going anywhere, you stupid girl." And that was the last thing I remembered.
