"Are you sure you don't want us to come in with you?" Charles asked from the driver's seat.
Him, Hank, and Adria were parked outside a foreboding-looking building, which was to be Adria's new home for the remaining school year. The building felt ancient, with hints of Gothic architecture and-
Adria cleared her throat, "Yes, I'm sure."
"Well.. call us if you need anything, okay?" Hank frowned.
"Okay," she nodded
"And make sure to be careful," Charles added.
"I will."
"And-" This is gonna take long.
"Okay, bye guys" she quickly interrupted Hank, giving them both a kiss on the cheek as she left the car, "love you!"

Adria finally made it to the school's front desk after hauling all her bags through the hallways for what seemed like forever. The lady behind the desk looked almost as old as the building.
"Hi, um, I'm the new student here, Adria Lehnsherr," she introduced herself.
"Hello, Adria," the woman greeted in a raspy voice, "right on time-welcome."
She fussed a bit behind her desk, handing Adria neatly folded sets of uniform, her schedule, and a room key.
"Here are your things, and your assigned roommate will be with you soon to show you around."
"Thank you."
Just then, a girl Adria's age dressed in the school uniform ran in.
"Hi," she panted. "I'm Carmen, sorry I'm late."
After showing her around the school, Carmen led her down a hallway lined with classrooms on their way to the students' rooms. Carmen ended up being very sweet, and the two really got along.
"Hey, watch out!" Adria heard someone yell.
She turned only to be met with a yellow janitorial cart speeding towards her. She didn't have enough time to react as it crashed into her, the cleaning equipment spilling all over her clothes. Adria stumbled backward from the force of the cart, letting out a gasp.
"Oh my god, I'm so sorry," she heard the same person laugh.
"What the hell," Adria let out. She was soaked. She looked up to glare at the person, and she noticed that it was a boy around her age.
"Hey, man, at least you can say your clothes are squeaky clean now," he gave her a lopsided grin.
She stared at him blankly.
"What were you even doing with that?!" Carmen exclaimed, referring to the cart.
"Cleaning duty got boring," he shrugged.
"They punished you with cleaning duty, again? What'd you do this time?"
"Don't ask."
Carmen sighed exasperatedly, "Adria, this is Keith. Keith this is Adria, she's a new student."
"Nice to meet you," he extended a hand to Adria.
"Wish I could say the same," she grumbled, shaking his hand reluctantly.

anyways.. we finally got to meet keith and carmen!! what do u guys think of them so far? fyi i decided to change adria, carmen, and keith's fc's cause i feel like willa, taylor, and sean are a much better fit for them as characters.
