"Michael I'm at the hospital because my friend got into an accident with a skate board and she got a little scraped up, so I was wondering if you could come and pick me up?" Teagan asked through the phone.

"Hold on, i'll see if Luke will drive me," I sighed and pushed the mute button so she couldn't hear me. "Luke, she's a the hospital with a friend and she wants me to pick her up, can you drive?" I asked.

"Yeah, sure," He shrugged.

I thanked him and then un-muted the phone. "He said he would."

"Okay, see you in a bit," she chirped and then hung up.

He grabbed the keys from the bowl and then we both headed to the hospital.

The hospital wasn't that far from Luke's house so we didn't have to far out of our way to pick her up.

When we got there she was sitting on a bench in front of the building, she quickly stood up once she saw me in the passenger seat. She jogged over and hopped in quickly, buckling up. I turned in my seat to look at her, "I'll sit back there with you if you want."

She shrugged, "Whatever you want."

I climbed out of the car and into the back with her as Luke drove off.

"What's you guys do besides hurt yourself?" I asked teasingly.

She slapped my arm, "hey she's the only one that hurt herself. But seriously, we had makeovers and her boyfriend came over for a bit last night, and early this morning we had pedicures."

I rolled my eyes at the girly-ness of it all, but they are girls.

"So what happened to her?" I asked.

"She fell off the skateboard because a neighbors dog started barking and it spooked her, so her got a few cuts and scrapes on her arms and legs, nothing that was too bad," She explained calmly.

"Oh that's not too bad," I shrugged.

Luke looked at us in his mirror, "You know i've broken my arm falling off a skate board."

"Yeah, that's because you were being a dumb ass and tried to impress a girl, and ended up falling into the big bowl thing."

"You didn't have to tell the whole story," He mumbled.

"I know," I said sarcastically.

She looked at us like we were stupid. "You boys are something else," She snorted.

"We are boys," Luke pointed out.

"Not helping," I called out.

She put her head in her hands and shook her head at us, "Oh my god."

I gave her a fake sympathetic look, since she got herself into this situation, after all.

"I did this to myself," She sighed.

"You did," I agreed.

She just shook her head again.

"This is gonna be a long day," She groaned to herself.

I simply let out a breath at her comment. She was something else, we were something else.
