#12 Concert

Sirius performs at bars etc and after a lot of convincing (saying Remus' name 100x times) he convinces Remus 'I don't sing' Lupin to join him.
In this for music sake, Sirius' "original song" is just Daylight by David Kushner because I'm not a lyrical genius.
The song "Car's Outside" by James Arthur also makes an appearance so go have a listen to that if you don't know the words.

"Moony I'm so excited! You're going to love it, such amazing energy from the crowd every time!"

"People going crazy over a shirtless Black brother playing the guitar? Can't imagine why" Remus responded sarcastically, still wondering if it was too late to call out.

"Oh shush, besides darling we both know I have my eyes set on someone" Sirius brushed against Remus' shoulder dramatically earning a slight smile and heavy eye roll.

Sirius was already in his outfit and for once gave Remus some privacy to get changed, he went downstairs to meet the rest of his friends who usually joined him.

Sirius' outfit contained chained black jeans with a handkerchief, a loose collared top that could easily come off which was also buttoned down, all of his signature jewelry and of course some black eye liner. His hair was pinned back in a half up half down style with his wand sticking through the hair tie.

Sirius was talking away about his performance when he heard footsteps coming down the stairs, Remus came down looking a lot more casual than usual and for once wasn't wearing his sweater. Remus avoided concerts and large crowds because he had a fear that something would go wrong and people would find out the truth, however he decided that for Sirius one night of laid back, bar drinking couldn't hurt.

Sirius stared at Remus in adoration, pushing James away when he commented on the fact Sirius was drooling. Remus wore a loose top and semi-fitted pants, it wasn't anything fancy but he had added a couple of bracelets and a necklace to spice things up. Sirius didn't know if he could focus on his performance properly if Remus was going to be watching him, looking like that.

Peter smiled and tapped Sirius' shoulder, "think it's time to go Padfoot"

"Not now my dear Wormy I'm admiring a statue that was clearly carved by the gods"

Remus rolled his eyes and pushed Sirius' head away, moving towards the door where the rest of their friends were waiting for them. Sirius grinned and grabbed his guitar, following his friends out as they walked down through the castle and out to Hogsmeade.

They arrived at the bar and the owner came and greeted Sirius like usual, being happy for live entertainment especially from Sirius who brought in quite a crowd. People had already arrived when they heard Sirius would be playing again tonight and all the regulars lifted their glasses in greeting as Sirius walked past.

Remus held his arm and walked awkwardly behind Sirius, even though he was the tallest in the group he felt like he might get away with it if he just shed away into Sirius' shadow for the night. Sirius placed his guitar on the stand that was on the stage and walked over to his table of friends who ordered some drinks before the performance.

"What are you thinking of singing tonight Pads?"

"Not sure yet, got a couple of things in mind but we'll see how the crowd feels"

Remus nodded along, happy to see his drink coming over and then getting annoyed when he realised it was going to take more than one drink to get him even to slightly tipsy. Remus looked over at Sirius who had finished his already and was fiddling with his guitar on stage before finding the right tune.

Remus heard someone comment on his scars and quickly ordered another drink, it was going to be a long night and he prayed Sirius would only act like a flirtatious fool for half of it. The crowd started cheering as Sirius began to hype them up, double checking the tunes and signaling to the bar man to start playing the track.
