'JACK, I'M NOT LEAVING.' Katherine snapped, growing sick of his repetitive pleas for her to leave with him and his little Thorea, it was practically every other day that she would have to deal with him whining in her ear and she was sick of it 'I'm happy here with my mates and my friends, why can't you just accept that? We barely know each other, at least for very long anyway!'

'But your not; they have a vampire with a gift to make you feel content and happy, her name is Corin if you don't believe me.' He argued back, his eyes pleading as she denied him over and over.

Katherine glared at him 'They would never use Corin's gift on me, Marcus wouldn't allow it especially, he knows more than anyone how sacred our bonds are, so if Aro or Caius even thought about using a gift to cheat the relationship then he would go against it and refuse to allow it to happen.'

Jack rolled his eyes 'What if he's selfish enough to keep you here by his side anyway, pain blinds everything - if you weren't here they would be suffering immensely.'

She put her hands to the side of her head, a migraine growing from the loud argument the two were having, yet the guards outside had not come to check; the room was soundproof, all the noise made was contained within the four walls. 'If you are so bothered about leaving then go! Go to your precious Thorea who now knows everything about my life even though I've never met the damn girl! You can both run away into your little wonderland you've dreamt of.'

Jack snarled 'Fine. I will, but don't think that I won't drag you there by force if I have to.' The boy wouldn't give up, he would keep striving to rescue her. He just had to get Monte out of this hellhole as well. His angry footsteps echoed down the stone halls illuminated by hanging candles on the walls of the passages.

Soon enough he was met with the scene of Monte giving Chelsea a kiss on the cheek before her heels clicked onto the ground as she disappeared in the opposite direction, Jack couldn't help but roll his eyes; it would just be another thing to convince Monte to do.

'Jack! You little weasel, where've you been?' Monte jested, a big grin presented on his lips.

'Around.' He gave a breathy chuckle as he stuffed his hands into his pockets, 'You're hanging around with Chelsea now?'

Monte's eyes seemed to sparkle when he heard the woman's name, 'Yeah, she's amazing.' He smiled brightly.

Yet Jack couldn't help but grimace, noticing that it would soon be more difficult to get Monte to leave this place now that he was smitten with Chelsea, 'How would you feel about travelling for a while? Y'know, explore the world.' He offered, the white-lie slipping off of his tongue easily as he watched his brother carefully, analysing his every movement.

At first he seemed unsure, his eyebrows furrowed for a moment as if he were thinking about the consequences for once, but a hand on the shoulder and a reassuring smile from Jack seemed to shake off the thoughts, 'I mean, sure, but I'd have to check with the masters and obviously ask Chelsea if it's alright, don't feel like getting killed when I'm ordering a glass of vodka in Russia, eh?'
