EVERYTHING WAS SO BEAUTIFUL.
The flames above me did not just dance now, they waltzed, and I could see every footstep, every soft smile the partners shared as they moved as one. The dust in the air didn't just float, I could see every piece of the particles as they glided through the air in slowed motions.
I could hear every intake of breath so clearly in my ears now, every batter of someone's eyelids as they blinked, every slight motion their body produced, every slight shuffle made in by their clothes.
An angelic voice came from my left, it was like a melody I would wish to listen to every moment I could, the tune, the rhythm, it was as if each time a syllable was spoken it was a carefully selected note. 'Amore.'
A smile reached my lips as the serenity of it reached my ears, and I recognised who it was just by a strong smell that now lingered throughout the room, a scent that called to me. Of course, it was there when I was a human, yet it didn't seem to be this prominent.
The sound echoed once again, calling out to me, yet I was too entranced in it's charm, until a third time it spoke. I suddenly found myself in front of him, although I wasn't too sure how, I had only been laying on the blissful mattress of my bed a mere moment ago.
His firm hand cupped my cheek, lifting my chin slightly as their strong, crimson eyes stared into my own, yet I didn't falter under the intensity of their gaze. 'Bellissima.' They muttered beneath their steady breaths, still admiring my features. 'La donna più bella che abbia mai visto.' He spoke again, but more clearly - directly to me.
'Caius.' I smiled at him, although I didn't know what his words meant, I knew that they were something beautiful.
'My Queen.' He replied, his thumb now slowly stroking my cheek, and that's when I noticed that his temperature now did not feel unnatural, as it did before, it felt normal.
I wasn't exactly sure where the confidence had come from, but I moved my face closer towards his, so close that I could feel his breath, his scent the only thing that filled my nostrils. He too moved closer, until our lips met.
It felt more intense now that I was a vampire, as blissful as it was to share a moment like this as a human, but now it felt even more so. It was better.
Hours could've passed and I wouldn't have noticed, too focused upon the actions between the two of us as our lips attacked each other, yet we were soon interrupted by a guard, though I was unsure which one it was, most likely a lower ranking one I hadn't met before.
'Master Caius, your presence is requested in the throne room.' Their timid voice passed through the door, clearly intimidated by those in power, in response, the poor vampire received an animalistic growl from my mate. 'They really do insist you go, master.' They must've been shaking like a leaf from what I could hear their tone to be.
'I think we should go.' I whispered to him softly, looking into his eyes, they were much more intricately beautiful now that I could see them as a vampire, their astonishing red pigmentation along with every little detail now flooded my mind.
My words must've floated around his mind for a moment, as he probably knew that I wouldn't want to upset the others, and I hoped that he didn't want to upset me by not listening. 'Do not think this is over, amore.' His words left me breathless for a moment, despite not necessarily needing to breathe anyway.
We soon left the room and made our way to the throne room. As we passed through the halls, I could see every particle of dust, each piece of the thing, I could see each microscopic hole, groove and chip in the stones more than ever before. I could hear and see everything in such a defined scale that I was worried I'd obtain myself a migraine.
'Brothers, I have a surprise.' My blonde mate announced proudly as two guard opened the doors for us into the grand room I knew as the throne room. A smug grin upon his face as his hand squeezed mine a little from where he held it.
A bright light enveloped the room, it was more beautiful than I had recalled, the words and designs etched into the walls were simply held such a divinity that I could not describe as of that moment, as my eyes had now latched onto the two other kings in the room, each of whom mirrored the other's expression.
'Tesoro.' A soothing voice called, I softly smiled at the sound as I let go of Caius's hand and suddenly found myself standing before the brunette, accidently using my vampiric speed yet again, clearly he wasn't expecting it, as his eyes were widened as I looked into them. 'Well aren't you a speedy one, hm?' He chuckled as he moved his large hands to sit upon my waist.
'I'm still getting used to it, it's incredible.' I whispered in response, his smile only widened, his eyes seemed to sparkle in admiration as he took in my new form. Though his eyes seemed to soften even more as he looked somewhere on my head. 'What is it?' I asked him.
'Your scar, it's gone.'
I was confused for a moment at his words, then I realised that he was talking about the scar I had long-since forgotten about, the scar from the radiator...
A forced clearing of a throat pulled me out of my moment with Marcus. Aro stood nearby, a smirk upon his features. 'I do not hope I've been forgotten.' He spoke, his voice laced with the mischief I knew all too well.
'I'm sorry, who are you again?' I played along with his games as he only grinned speeding himself over to me, ripping Marcus's grasp off of my waist as his thumb stroked the area just beneath my eye as he simply looked at them. 'Bellissima.'
'Not that I don't appreciate the compliments you all are giving me, but you three sound like a broken record.' I giggled lightly, despite the fact that I was adoring their words. 'My eyes aren't much different, they're just red.' The blonde still held a smirk as he moved behind me.
'And red certainly looks beautiful on you.' Caius whispered beneath his breath into my ear, and I could've sworn that shivers ran down my spine, despite my non-existent body temperature now.
'I suppose I'll have to take your word for it.' I replied smoothly, turning my head to peck his lips before moving away.

'KATHERINE!' A voice called out to the brunette female who had been wandering the gardens, in awe of it's true beauty of which she was now noticing as a vampire. This voice had her spinning on her heel to be met with her father's face, smiling keenly towards her, his arms outstretched as she sped into them.
'Hi dad.' She whispered against his clothes as he held his daughter close, though he winced at her newborn strength.
'Look at you, eh?' He smirked as his daughter pulled away from him. 'Now you're just as strong as me.'
'Don't kid yourself, I know newborns are stronger, Dad.' Katherine rolled her eyes playfully at her father's antics, she had grown used to this kind of joking around now.
'Bet you're just waiting to rip your old man's head off, aren't you?' He grinned.
'Can't wait.'
'Katherine!' A voice shouted, only this time it was a different voice, it was Timothee, she knew instantly even before turning around, but when she did, she saw his face coated in a worrisome colour of paint.
