I think it was Alan Watts who talked about the universe and everything in it just being God playing Hide & Seek with itself.
And then he, Alan Watts that is, went to sleep in my bed. Either with or without my wife depending upon who is telling the story.
It's hard to be offended at these other God-fragments doing what I myself would have done.
Still, I was tired, it was my bed, and, although I could think of a handful of luminaries I would have let sleep, Alan Watts was not one of them.
I kicked him out, and, for the record, slept just fine, with or without my wife, in the one universe I still have a place to hide in.
