However, it is clear: every leader or visionary with the inclination to cooperate and the potential to unify the peoples of this planet has been made ill, assassinated, discredited, or kept out of power via one method or another."

"At least 60 revolutions around their star. I, myself, was involved in a situation 21 revolutions ago that baffled and frustrated us at the time. It was about an election in one of the more powerful nations where an environmentally conscious candidate was defeated because of an unusual court decision."
"I remember. It was the election prior to what they refer to as 9/11."
"Exactly. Our diagnostics had shown that if he had been granted the election, as deserved, Water World would have begun an age of peaceful cooperation and prosperity as a direct response to the 9/11 attacks. Instead, an age of war, terrorism, accelerating climate change, species extinction, and societal breakdown began."
"If some group has the power to accomplish all of this chaos, contrary to the purposes of the OverBoard, well, for the first time that I can ever remember, I am actually worried about Creation."
