After our award ceremony, everyone celebrated with their families and I just sat on the pitch with Jana
Elena: "You would've deserved it"
Jana: "I guess you can't always win"
Elena: "You played an extremely good tournament Jana, it's not your fault"
Jana: "Thank you El"
no one has ever called me that except Jana
Elena: "Are you okay?"
Jana:,,yeah, just a little overwhelmed...just one question...if Leah didn't exist, would we be happy now?"
I clenched my jaw
Elena: "I don't know, luckily I have Leah" i said  laughing
Jana: "But there's still something...between us, I'm not stupid"

Jana: "If Leah was the right one, why are you sitting here with me right now and not up there with her and celebrating with her family...I'm still important to you El, you know that"
Elena: "You were part of the past Jana, you will always be important to me"
I got up
Elena: "but you're right I should be with Leah and celebrate"
I put my hand out and pulled her up
we stood 50 cm apart in a crowded stadium with people
Jana: "Why does your heart still race like it did back then when I look you in the eyes?"
she said while touching my chest

God why did I really feel something...
ok WHAT?! why the hell do i feel for her.
Jana: "Look into my eyes..."
Elena: "I can't" I said avoiding eye contact with those golden brown eyes...I have a girlfriend and I'm happy....but why do I feel this way?
Jana: "Come on"
i looked into her eyes
Jana: "Do you feel something like that with her too?"
Elena:,,...I really have to go now Jana"
Jana:,,Elena think about it...are you spending your time with the right one?"
I just kept walking and rubbed my neck
my head was a complete mess
Actually, everything is fine between me and Leah, we have been together for 2 months now
We've been spotted a lot by paparazzi so it's kind of official, but neither of us have confirmed it as we'd rather keep it private
And I really love her with all my heart...but why did I feel such an explosion in my heart just looking into her eyes
I went up to Leah and her family
I was somewhere completely different in my head

she said and hugged me

I inhaled her scent and relaxed into her shoulders

I kissed her neck

why couldn't I answer, it was like I couldn't say it
She broke the hug.
Leah: "I'll go to the cabin then"
She disappeared and I stood there like the biggest idiot
I bit my lower lip and looked at the floor
Amanda: "What's wrong honey?"

I said looking up and laughing
Amanda: "I can see it in your eyes"
I don't want to disappoint her,The williamsons have always been there for me
I just nodded and clenched my jaw
Elena: "I'll go to the cabin" I said with a smile
While I'm in the player tunnel, Alexia comes running from behind
Alexia: "You still have to do an interview Rodriguez"
Elena: "ughh seriously"
I turned and went to the reporter
Reporter: "Hello Elena, how does it feel to be world champion"
Elena: "Well, we worked hard for this"
Reporter: "2 goals in a World Cup final, top scorer of the tournament how does that feel?"
Elena:,,good...great"
Reporter: "Ah, Jana Fernandez comes directly"
Wtf is she doing here?
Reporter: "The best player of the tournament and the top scorer perfect, Elena now let's hear it officially...after all the rumours...are you and Leah Williamson a couple?"
Jana looked at me and I looked over at her
My head was saying i should say yes but I just couldn't
Elena:,,ehmm, yeah....no, we're just friends" I said while looking at Jana

Reporter: "oh..., you two would definitely make a great couple..you've been together before, haven't you?" He says and pointing between me and Jana
I had to smile and so did she
Jana: "Yes we were"
Luckily Georgia came and threw water on me

Elena: "I think I have to go" i said lauging
I first looked at the reporter and then walked past jana
Georgia: "What was that, mate?"
Elena: "What do you mean?"
Georgia: "Leah is your girlfriend, you've loved her since you were 15 you idiot"
Elena: "Yes, but I feel something with Jana that I never felt with Leah"
Georgia: "God did a zombie eat your brain?"
Elena: "No"
Georgia: "I have no idea what's going on, but don't play anything to Leah, she doesn't deserve it"
Elena: "yeah you're right"
Georgia: "but don't give up your love just because jana is showing you more love than Leah"
Elena: "I should talk to her right?"
Georgia:,,Yeah, but don't screw it up, and especially not today! today should remain a good day"

we are back in camp and leaving tomorrow
I then went into the room and there Leah sat on the bed

I got on the bed and wanted to kiss her

anyway leah turned away so i can't kiss her

Elena: "Come on Leah I thought we had that sorted"
Leah: "I saw the interview, don't lie"
Elena: "What do you want to hear Leah?"
Leah: "The truth...that's all I want, please just say it"
Elena: "Yeah we agreed to keep our relationship a secret and I did"
Leah: "We just said when nobody ask...you just could have said it"

Elena: "Leah what should I say?" I asked laughing
Leah: "That you still have feelings for her"
I looked into her eyes And didn't said anything
Leah: "Oh my god you really have feelings for her..."
she got up and wanted out
I walked after her and grabbed her arm
Elena: "Leah, these are...not feelings, these are memories"
Leah: "No, these are feelings, the way you looked at her... that's how you looked at me at the beginning"
She started to cry
Elena:,, no no no don't cry come here we'll sort it out together"
I said and wiped away her tear
Leah: "You said georgia you felt something about her that you never felt about me"
I stood still and only now realized it
Leah: "It's over"
she said looking into my eyes while a tear trickled down
Elena: "no you can't just break up after all this, let's sit down and talk"
Leah: "What is there to talk about you have feelings for someone else"
Elena: "No, but I can explain it to you"
Leah: "Sorry but I don't want to hear your explanation"
Elena: "Come on Leah you know I love you"
Leah: "And you know you love her too"
Elena: "but I'm here Leah...I'm standing here in front of you I just want you"
Leah: "You should have thought about that before..."
She walked out with that and I stood there like some idiot
